The sale process required enormous patience, persistence, and careful handling of multiple parties. Throughout the entire journey, Nathan Taylor, and especially Billy Saxton provided incredible support, continuous communication, and reassurance at every stage. Billy Saxton in particular was absolutely instrumental in getting the transaction completed. His professionalism, diplomacy, and ability to manage complex interactions between all parties were truly outstanding. I am genuinely grateful to Billy for all his hard work and dedication. Without his persistence and support, I do not believe this sale would have been completed successfully. He was very patient and helpful as my sister was delayed and he waited with us util she arrived. Aaron is super friendly and professional and I’d recommend him 100%. He also took responsibility and chased my solicitor when required to make sure there is not unnecessary delays which is good for both sides.

They were always accommodating when arranging viewings and took the time to clearly explain everything about the property. Communication between all parties was smooth and prompt, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Friendly, approachable, and very supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agency.

He was responsive, transparent, always on hand when needed and got our sale over the line. So yes I would highly recomend using Bigmove

From the very first property viewing, Sophie made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I attended the viewing with my children, who were understandably very excited and eager to explore every room while asking endless questions. Sophie was so warm, patient, and kind with all of us, never once making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Her calm and caring nature instantly put us at ease. 26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I'd give 0 stars if I could!!!!!<br><br>A company that are clearly in it for the money, rather than the upkeep of the properties they supposedly "manage"!<br>Since they took over a property on Greenford Road (Sudbury), it's been a nightmare for my elderly parent's who have lived in their home for over 40yrs.<br>I've had to repeatedly call, then evidence my complaints for the lack of upkeep & overgrown front & rear garden's!<br>The last time I called, I was told that the front & rear garden boundary fences are my parent's responsibility - which it is not & have taken the liberty to knock on every single door of the resident's on either side to clarify this!<br>My mum was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last year (2025). During her last few month's at home, she was was unable to enjoy sitting in her garden (which she absolutely loved to do) due to broken fencing & lack of privacy. That's when I contacted them, to be told it was OUR responsibility!<br>Our beautiful mum has since passed unfortunately & we as a family will never forget the way this awful company treated us.<br>It's taken a whole year of grieving for me to muster the strength to write this review, but am doing so to raise awareness for a truly cruel group of people who put money before customer service & doing what's right!<br>We will never forget how our beautiful mum couldn't go in her garden in her last month's, purely because the fences were broken & the shared housing resident's would be able to see her.<br><br>Think of that Mr Larry & your rotten team - we will never forgive you for that - NEVER!!- 28th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We’ve been in contact with Elliot Gold , one of their agents who was really unprofessional with us . There was an issue with our rent agreement which caused a lot of frustration for us and the landlord and Eliot didn’t understand our side so we felt that their agent doesn’t understand the real estate laws properly. I wouldn’t choose them as a landlord or as a tenant.
