He was consistently professional, extremely patient, and genuinely helpful, always taking the time to listen to everyone involved in the process. His positive and reassuring manner made a real difference during what could have been a stressful time.<br><br>Ali’s sales skills are excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I lost count of the number of viewings he attended and the many questions he answered — often even outside normal office hours.<br><br>I am truly grateful for his dedication and delighted that he succeeded in securing the sale. He is a real credit to Anthony Webb, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any landlord or seller looking for a trustworthy and committed agent.

From start to finish, the company facilitated an incredibly smooth and hassle-free process, which made the transition into my new home seamless. The highlight of the experience was the professionalism of Ali, the Head of Sales and Lettings, in coordinating offers. He was exceptionally efficient and always provided a quick response to queries, offering great general support whenever it was needed. If you are looking for a stress-free rental process with a highly responsive team, I cannot recommend their services enough.

They were brilliant from start to finish, keeping the conveyancing process moving, communicating effectively with all parties and efficiently supplying all necessary information. I would particularly recommend Jake Ginty, he was knowledgeable, efficient, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from him.

5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I have been in the property market for many years and until now, almost every estate agent I have dealt with has either been poor or extremely poor. I included the 2nd largest in England in that category. Adam Wolman is the exception that proves the rule. He is efficient, honest, hard working and genuinely works for his money to get a deal over the line. If you are buying, selling or renting a property in Mill Hill or NW London, deal with him. 16th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Annie and her team were very professional, transparent and honest throughout the process of listing our flat for sale with them. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

From the very first enquiry to moving in, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The communications were friendly, responsive, and Bambos was always happy to answer my questions. I was kept well informed at every stage, and made what can often be a daunting process feel straightforward and well managed. I really appreciated the transparency. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent – great service
