We had the pleasure of meeting Kam during the property viewing, and the house was beautiful, located in a quiet and peaceful area.<br><br>Kam was incredibly friendly, showed us around the property, and was also the person who helped us secure the house. Throughout our tenancy, we were never disturbed by unnecessary inspections. Whenever we had an issue, it was dealt with promptly. When we gave notice that we wanted to move out, they were very understanding.<br><br>I have nothing but appreciation for Sonia Estates and would happily recommend this agency. I especially recommend Kam as an agent—he is an amazing person: friendly, professional, calm, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed guidance, he politely explained what we needed to do or who we should contact.<br><br>Thank you very much for your hospitality, and we wish you all the best and continued success in the future! ??????????????????

She had a key role in the transaction and actually made it happen despite a very delayed timeline and some unhelpful roadblocks in between - she was always available, and always trying to bring everyone and everything together, with amazing communication throughout and one clear focus on getting the deal over the finish line. Stellar job from her side I must say. Very glad she was involved and will happily go back to her for any future property endeavours!

They were always available to answer our questions, even outside their normal working hours, which made such a huge difference and gave us so much peace of mind.<br><br>From my very first viewing, I met Kamlesh and explained that I needed to complete the whole process within just a month and a half. To my surprise, they managed to get everything completed in just 28 days! Honestly, that was unbelievable and far beyond what I expected.<br><br>They went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Their communication, dedication and commitment were exceptional, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about helping us get into our new home.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property. Everything was handled incredibly quickly and seamlessly, with clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. What could have been a long and stressful experience was made smooth and efficient thanks to their professionalism and support. My partner and I are really looking forward to moving in, and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

He was very professional, friendly, and supportive during the whole process. I would certainly recommend any other first time buyers to consider Belvoir.

Any time an issue arise in the apartment, they acted immediately to resolve it. Moving out and getting my deposit back was also a completely smooth, stress-free process.

In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.
