He found us lovely new tenants within 2 weeks and he sorted all the paperwork ,references etc within days .Would definetly recommend

The team managed to keep me informed of progress and helped to speed things along at critical moments when blockages appeared. A friendly and thoroughly professional experience and would recommend Gibbs Gillespie for your house sale or purchase from them.

I met Soraya, who is a very sweet and kind lady, and within six days I had the keys to our first rental. They were very professional and super quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend them!

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. 19th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)My husband and I bought a house through Charles David Casson a couple years back and they were the worst part of the process. Their communication was poor from start to finish. They recommended the worst solicitors, DO NOT go for the solicitor they recommend. They failed to adequately arrange viewings and made the process HELL. At several points I had to request their manager to intervene, who was equally useless. If you enjoy stress and headache, you can go for them. If the seller had not been so lovely and accommodating, we would not have got this sale over the line. We literally did all the work whilst they twiddled their thumbs and wasted our time. After the sale went through, they’ve been harassing me periodically to give a valuation of the house- in case I want to sell. Haunting me even to this day.

However this buyer was not vetted thoroughly and the sale fell through. The agents were eager to sell the property and were listening to my feedback, but we're unable to follow through with a sale with this agent.

Molly has been super helpful and always quick to respond, which makes such a difference when you’re trying to find a place. Every viewing has been handled professionally, and she’s been really informative throughout. She’s been completely on top of everything and is genuinely doing her best to help us. Couldn’t ask for anyone better to guide us through the process!
