20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Scott at RHW Estate was honestly great helping me and my friends move into our new flat on Finchley Road. He was always really quick to reply and answered all our questions clearly, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. He was super accommodating with viewings too, arranging a few different times so we could all make it work around our schedules. He also chased things up with the landlord and got back to us quickly whenever we had any requests or wanted changes. When we moved in, the flat was really clean and the inventory was clearly done—they made sure we were happy with everything before settling in. He even helped us sort out utilities, which we really appreciated. What stood out is that they’re just the letting agents, not even the managing agents, but Scott still went above and beyond for us. Overall just a really great service—would definitely recommend.

They secured an outstanding tenant within days No delays, no unnecessary back and forth, just results I highly recommend them.

28th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)?? Avoid this letting agent at all costs! They advertised a property that turned out to be completely uninhabitable. On the surface, it looked like a refurbished flat — but there was no running water, which meant no toilet facilities either. This was documented on the check-in inventory, and the management company reassured us that a plumber would be sent. The plumber attended but couldn’t fix the issue. We later discovered there was a major fault with the water tank, meaning the water couldn’t be turned on at all. We were forced to cope without water and without toilet facilities for five days. We’ve now moved out because the situation became unbearable. What’s even more disappointing is the letting agent’s response. They claim they are “let only” and rely solely on information provided by the landlord. The landlord deemed the property habitable, and the agent simply accepted that — refusing to take any responsibility. Instead of mediating or trying to help resolve the situation, they provided contradictory information and washed their hands of the problem. You can judge a company by how they handle issues, and this experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. ?????? Do not sign any tenancy agreements with this agent. ?????? Avoid them if you value basic living conditions and professional service

Unfortunately, the purchase did not happen for personal reasons and decisions, nothing to do with the vendor or the very beautiful property they were selling. But Mrs Azra has been helpful and graceful in this circumstances also, never treating us any different for changing our minds and offering to help with whatever we needed propertywise in the future. It was such a lovely experience to meet her. We wish her all the good luck in her career! May many customers enjoy her assistance!

During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. Selling a home can be stressful at the best of times, but doing so while expecting my third baby added a whole extra layer of pressure—and Shannon handled everything with incredible professionalism, care, and dedication. She worked tirelessly throughout the entire process, going above and beyond what we ever expected. What really stood out was her constant communication; she was always in touch with every estate agent in the chain, making sure things were progressing and pushing wherever needed to keep everything moving as quickly as possible. It genuinely felt like she was as invested in the sale as we were. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her reassurance and proactive approach made a huge difference during such an important and busy time in our lives. Thanks to Shannon’s persistence and commitment, what could have been an overwhelming experience felt smooth and manageable. A basic level of professionalism and responsiveness shouldn’t be too much to expect, but sadly that’s not the case here. Would not recommend.

He was incredibly well-prepared and guided us through the viewing in a way that felt relaxed and unhurried. What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He has a naturally warm and personable manner that made the whole experience feel far more attentive than property viewings can sometimes be. He answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured. For someone early in their career, he carries himself with a professionalism and enthusiasm that you don't always see. We'd have no hesitation in recommending him and look forward to working with him to find our home!

They kept us informed throughout the process even when the sale to the first propective buyers fell through. They found new buyers quickly and smoothly. We would like to mention two of their staff particularly, although all were polite and helpful: Mathew Marchent - saw us through the sale process. Danielle Gennard - helped us through the sales progression. She was always communicative and there with help and advice. Thank you to all the team.
