8th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)SHAMBOLIC. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Accepted my offer on a house and assured me the vendors would not "guzump" me. After spending a few thousand on legal fees and mortgage broker fees, they tell me the house was sold to someone else. DISGRACEFUL.

So many agents were arrogant or didn’t bother to find the time to help me, or even spend 10 mins to discuss my offers and concerns with certain properties . Mike was patient, helpful and understood what is takes to have a fine balance between the sellers agent and a space for the buyer to get some help when buying a place. Thanks again. I have already recommended you and Lak to my son in law, who are looking to buy their first home.

7th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I chose Daniels to sell my parents family home. Mason who has since left came to view initially and was wonderfully kind following my recent bereavement and then Russell and Omar took over when the time came for me to sell. They were and all the staff were always kind, courteous and respectful of the situation and I always felt they had the time to understand what I needed from the sale and were not pushy or forceful. I would highly recommend them to any seller but I'm sure from a buyers perspective their knowledge and experience would also be valuable.

They were all professional, friendly and most importantly realistic in a difficult market. Selling a house is one of the most stressful life events but Jack made it as smooth as it could be. We were given a credible selling price – not something other estate agents were keen to do - and help in presenting the house for sale so that it sold within a few weeks. We were also kept up to date after each viewing with detailed and helpful feedback which was absolutely invaluable. Jack then guided us through the sale process and helped iron out a few complications that arose. It was refreshing to deal with a team that was straightforward and upfront with no smoke and mirrors to navigate.
