From start to finish, the company facilitated an incredibly smooth and hassle-free process, which made the transition into my new home seamless. The highlight of the experience was the professionalism of Ali, the Head of Sales and Lettings, in coordinating offers. He was exceptionally efficient and always provided a quick response to queries, offering great general support whenever it was needed. If you are looking for a stress-free rental process with a highly responsive team, I cannot recommend their services enough.

8th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I’m leaving this negative review because I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Hollie, the property manager at the time. I understand she no longer works there, but during that year she was a TLC employee and responsible for managing the property. Unfortunately, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and communication was very difficult. On several occasions I felt my complaints were not taken seriously. The most frustrating moment was being told that the landlord had refused to carry out certain repairs, which I later discovered was not accurate.

I included the 2nd largest in England in that category. Adam Wolman is the exception that proves the rule. He is efficient, honest, hard working and genuinely works for his money to get a deal over the line. If you are buying, selling or renting a property in Mill Hill or NW London, deal with him. Communication was clear and prompt, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Moving into a new place can sometimes be stressful, but Husnain made the process smooth and straightforward. He was helpful during viewings, transparent about the tenancy details, and always approachable whenever something needed to be sorted. It’s refreshing to deal with an estate agent who is responsive and actually follows through on things. Overall, a very positive experience renting through him and I would happily recommend Elms Estates to other tenants looking for a reliable and professional agent.

From the very beginning, both Kardine & Bruvis were professional, approachable, and easy to deal with, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much more straightforward. Communication was clear throughout, and we always felt kept in the loop at every stage of the purchase. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The process was handled efficiently and with care, which gave us real confidence from start to finish. Overall, we felt well supported and looked after, and we would happily recommend Martyn Gerard to anyone looking to buy a home. A smooth, transparent, and reassuring experience all round.

We were always updated with emails on the progress, given good advice on the decorations. Everything were handled professionally, even going the extra miles. The finding tenants process was also very smooth and well communicated. Thank you both. I would definitely recommend the service!
