Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on. I used Get Agent to narrow down my options regarding selecting an agent and I am so glad I did.

- 2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Bridgfords, Knutsford have been trying to sell the property i am letting for a year, which i am letting through a completely different agency, who knew nothing about this. They have shown no respect for us the tenants even though we had just started a years tenancy. They harrassed us constantly, now we have decided to move out it has started again, they say they have permision from our landlady which isn't legal. They have turned up on our doorstep without an appointment and their constant phone calls are harrassment. Today they have gone behind our backs again putting the house up for sale and using photos of our things which we haven't given permission for them to use. They have no regard for anyone letting any property. Legal action is in place. I answered the message below from Lucy regarding my complaint but received no reply.

Always available for a call if I needed to chase anything up and also working in the background to try and speed things up with the sellers solicitor. 9th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

9th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had the best experience with Wainwright's from start to finish. I would highly recommend this estate agents. Although when I looked at cost, it was slightly more, the service we received far outweighed the money we paid. We changed to Wainwright's after using another estate agents and I don't regret it. Within a few weeks they had sold our house and the service was impeccable. Every member of staff was dedicated to selling our house. Don't hesitate to use Wainwright's estate agents. Thank you everyone at Wainwright's ??????

5th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent.
