She the callled to be advised the lady should be there. She waited for quite some time then had to return to work. They have still not called to apologise or explain. This is shocking customer service. I would not sell or buy a house from this company

We had to sell the property quickly and they were extremely efficient and proactive both marketing the house and ensuring the sale went smoothly. The service we received was very professional and friendly and we would definitely recommend Cavendish if you are thinking of moving house.
5th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Currently in the search of my first home and so far have had a fantastic experience with the CW Crosby team. From timely updates, calls, impeccable communication and follow ups, I can tell this office is ran fantastically. I've had the chance to communicate with many estate agencies across Liverpool in the last month as I have a good idea of what I'm searching for and not so set on a particular postcode, and I can absolutely tell that the CW Sales team has been standout compared to competitors from the region. In particular last week I viewed a property with Angela in L22, and from the moment I walked in, there was so much attention to detail. The property was clean, lovely presented, the heating was on (little touch but it matters a lot as it helps the buyer envision living there). Angela provided excellent advice, some visionary suggestions, which were tasteful and considerate to highlight the potential of the property. She had answers to my questions and built a nice story around it, even when the property had its drawbacks - and that's the real strength of an agent. It's not just about opening a door, it's about making the buyer feel like you're working for them, not the seller, while simultaneously strengthening the seller's position. Angela and the office then followed up quickly with the information I requested. Regrettably, the property itself is not for me, though I truly wish it was, as the Crosby office would've been great to work with from initial impression (and I did love being in the property). I would certainly hope that something similar comes up and I do end up buying through the CW Crosby office. Compared to about 10 other agencies I've spoken with, they're standout by far.
9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)Exceptional service from start to finish. The team at Bradshaw Farnham & Lea made the entire process feel personal, friendly and professional. A special mention must go to Laura and Kyle, who have been brilliant throughout and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Their communication was outstanding, and they were always on hand to answer questions and provide updates. For every viewing, they were there early, opening up the property, adjusting blinds and ensuring everything was ready before we arrived. They were knowledgeable about the houses we viewed and, if they didn’t know the answer to a question immediately, they always followed up promptly by email or phone. From making our offer through to it being accepted, we felt fully informed and supported. What really stood out was how personal the experience felt. Unlike some of the more transactional experiences we’ve had with other estate agents, Laura, Kyle and the wider team took the time to get to know us and made the whole process much less stressful. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Bradshaw Farnham & Lea again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you for making what can be a daunting process such a positive experience.

Emma and the team made the usually very stressful experience of selling a house so stree free and easy, they kept us up to date with everthing that was going on. Estate Agents get a lot of bad press but if you want to sell or buy then goi to this team - what a difference they make! Kepp up the good work. Val & Ian Perry

15th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)The initial meeting to value the property, the subsequent meeting to take photos and the organising of the paperwork was great, we were impressed, which was why we went with them. Unfortunately, after 14 weeks on the market they had only got us 2 viewings and their communication to us was a bit hit and miss, so we decided to go with a different agent. They weren’t the right agent for us on this occasion.

The whole process has been great from start to finish, especially after having such an awful experience with another estate agent and unfortunately being scammed previously.<br><br>The team have been professional, supportive, and made everything feel so much easier. A special shout out to Cathy, who has been absolutely amazing — so kind, helpful, and always so bubbly. 27th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout the whole process.<br><br>I was in a difficult situation waiting for my previous tenancy deposit to be returned, and they took the time to listen and speak with the landlord on my behalf. Thanks to their kindness and flexibility, they were able to accommodate my circumstances, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders.<br><br>A special thank you to Casey and the team for their professionalism and support. They have also just provided an equally brilliant service in selling my property, offering advice and assistance all the way through the process. Both Lawrence and Josh have been extremely helpful and prompt with all responses to any queries or questions. I can highly recommend Dwells, and will happily use them again if needed.

I cannot commend Andrew and his team enough for their help and support through the process. I had previously dealt with another very popular estate agents who left me feeling very unsupported and disheartened with terrible communication. From the moment I contacted Andrew he was extremely accommodating and understanding of my circumstances and could not do enough to help. The main point for me is Andrew and team are so warm and approachable and delicate with the fact that selling your home is a huge life changing process and can be extremely stressful, I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions and I feel they understood the weight of the process which was very important to me. I would highly recommend Bridgefords Culcheth to anyone looking to sell their home who want the process to be dealt with efficiently but also kindly.
