6th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We had a viewing booked with Platinum Indepentend, but when we arrived at the property, we were told it had already been let. This was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of our time.<br><br>We were told that they had “tried” to contact us, but neither I nor my partner received any phone calls, voicemails, or messages. The viewing had been arranged via email, so if they were unable to reach us by phone, they could have easily emailed us to let us know before we made the journey.<br><br>A simple message would have saved us an unnecessary trip. Very poor communication and no respect for other people’s time.

Me and my two kids were in a very difficult situation and both agents I spoke too were extremely reassuring and helped me every single step of the way. I went from feeling so uncertain to actually knowing my next steps and finding a home. I highly recommend if you’re looking for your new family home the staff here are wonderful and everything is fair and straightforward. Thankyou so much again to everyone who helped us. I couldn’t be more happy.

22nd Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Very slow at sorting out issues with pigeons nesting in the roof in our rental accomodation. There was pigeon poo everywhere in the garden and dead baby pigeons at times so the garden was unuseable. Also, the handles on all the cupboards were broken and they weren't replaced so we had to do it ourselves. However, when neighbours complained about our garden overgrowing they immediately forced an inspection to check the grass. The carbon monoxide detectors were out of date and then fixed only when we raised the issue. When we went to hand in our documents at the main office, it was pouring with rain and the woman wouldn't open the door and made us post the documents through the letterbox. Just very rude.

My initial valuation with John was professional and informative, the team in the office were always friendly and incredibly helpful, and Michelle was fantastic during the final stages before completion, answering any queries promptly and making everything run smoothly.<br>They really made what can be a challenging and stressful process feel much easier. Having used different estate agents in the past, I can honestly recommend Kirkham with complete confidence and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!
19th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)The valuation was more accurate than others and had a good understanding and knowledge of local sales and area. Felt communication, advice and securing viewings could have been better once property had been on the market for six weeks. Time until agents were available for viewings once almost two weeks, so be sure to offer that you will do viewings if you are able to speed up getting people in Better communication and speed since the offer of sale.

The were handling the sale of the property we purchased. From the very first viewing we had, the professionalism and friendliness was clear. The whole process was handled really well. However, they really went above and beyond when the solicitors got involved. We were in a chain of six and our buyer's solicitor was particularly difficult and obstructive. The staff at Entwistle Green, especially the branch manager, got invloved in chasing owners to push things through including organising mutually agreeable completion dates. I realise that this is not part of an estate agent's "remit" and was very grateful that they helped so much to get us into our new home.<br>I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Their very professional service from start to finish was started initially with our meeting with James who gave us the confidence to allow GH to sell our property, then to Tom who got things going and then lastly a special thanks to Nicola who was very approachable, keeping us well informed throughout the process; if she didn't have the answer to hand when contacted it wasn't long until she got it. Great Service.
