No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

They are great with correspondence and amazing with advice and getting new tenants for me. Very glad I asked them in the first place! Special thanks to Andrew, he always goes above and beyond

14th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Our experience with Your Move Shaw has been brilliant from start to finish.<br><br>It all started with Reece, the Manager, who came out to value our house. He took the time to explain everything in great detail, made the whole process easy to understand and gave us confidence from the very beginning.<br><br>Jess then looked after the sale of Lyon Street and was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was always friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions — nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>Tia then looked after the purchase of Sumner Street and has been fantastic, particularly with all the chasing and back and forth towards the end. She kept us updated and did everything she could to keep things moving, even when I'm sure she was fed up of hearing from us!<br><br>Nathan also deserves a mention, as he was always happy to step in and help whenever Jess or Tia were busy. It really does feel like a team where everyone is willing to help.<br><br>And finally, they all deserve an extra star just for managing to stay so cheerful while listening to that constant beeping in there office all day ?????? Honestly, they deserve an award for putting up with that alone — absolute troopers!<br><br>A huge thank you to Reece, Jess, Tia and Nathan. You've all made what can be a very stressful process so much easier, and we genuinely couldn't have asked for a better team. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Your Move Shaw.
15th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)The initial meeting to value the property, the subsequent meeting to take photos and the organising of the paperwork was great, we were impressed, which was why we went with them. Unfortunately, after 14 weeks on the market they had only got us 2 viewings and their communication to us was a bit hit and miss, so we decided to go with a different agent. They weren’t the right agent for us on this occasion.

Branch manager Adam was a pleasure to deal with from the first time we met, through to the completion day and handing the keys over. He was ably supported by his colleague Jodie, who also was very attentive, responsive, and was pivotal in getting what turned out to be a more complex sale over the line. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bridgfords in Ashton Under Lyne for your property transaction, whether buying or selling.

Their customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend gascoigne halman if you are looking to sell.

I turned to Lisa in times of trouble in which she was prompt, responsive and chased up anything I was struggling with when my solicitors was doing nothing. We initially found our property through Rightmove and enquiried, the sales team were fantastic at getting in touch and setting up the first viewing. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend them enough. Throughout our sale they have given us clear communication and made sure we were getting the updates we required.
