19th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)The valuation was more accurate than others and had a good understanding and knowledge of local sales and area. Felt communication, advice and securing viewings could have been better once property had been on the market for six weeks. Time until agents were available for viewings once almost two weeks, so be sure to offer that you will do viewings if you are able to speed up getting people in Better communication and speed since the offer of sale.

5th Jul 2026 (1 day ago)First photo's wasnt taken properly had to do make them retake pictures, but still was'nt good enough. Did'nt Advertertising every where only in few websites. I was with them for 9 months but they could'nt sell my property. And took my property off market without my written statement. I would not recomend them at all. They are a waste of time.

This was always really helpful in understanding why things might not have worked out. Followed up and generated leads actively. Friendly and personal service.

The entire BFL team were informed, professional and supportive from the outset, and in particular Amy Matson and Tom Boothroyd really helped ease us through the process. Regular updates kept us in the loop, and any questions we had were quickly responded to – removing stress and making the process as hassle free as possible for us. Amy helped follow-up with vendor questions and technical requirements, and the sale was extremely quick and much faster than we were expecting. Overall, I would highly recommend BFL and would definitely use them again in the future.

2nd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Didnt take detailed information about my property and agents were showing people round when they hadnt viewed the property themselves. Gave incorrect information to prospective buyers and didnt actively try to sell the property. Disappointing waste of 12 weeks.
