Despite many challenges and hurdles they have been informative, patient and super helpful when dealing with the process of looking at properties and buying. We are FTB so was apprehensive about the process but was reassured to be in capable hands. It has truly been a pleasure working with them so far, everything has been made easily comprehensible and they have both reassured and supported us within this process.- 11th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We’re very grateful to Zoe for helping us finally get our purchase over the line after an extremely stressful seven month process, despite there being no chain involved. Zoe was persistent, proactive and supportive throughout, always chasing updates and keeping us informed even when communication from the sellers, NatWest, as well as their own solicitors, was extremely poor. We honestly don’t know how she managed to deal with them for so long, they were repeatedly unresponsive and very difficult to progress with. One thing we would say to anyone considering buying a repossession property is to think very carefully beforehand. The property remained on the market the entire time, our offer price was publicly displayed online, and viewings continued while we were already deep into the process. As first time buyers, this added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this was something Connells failed to make clear to us before we became financially involved with our solicitors and the purchase process. Despite all of that, the team at Connells were genuinely helpful and did what they could once they understood what we were dealing with. Zoe especially went above and beyond to finally get us into our home.

He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer all our questions. 9th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. - 25th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)We were struggling to sell our home which was on the market for months before we moved to Connells in Bicester. I had given up hope somewhat and gave them a short window to get it sold before we withdrew from the market and they immediately had a string of very positive viewings and found us a buyer very quickly. The whole team were fantastic, friendly and helpful, especially Lydia and Polly who I spoke to a number of times and they conducted some viewings with our buyers. Kevin also performed a number of heroics in chasing the rest of the chain to keep things moving forward and was always extremely responsive and willing to help, even making calls for us on his days off which was above and beyond. We don’t intend to move again, but if we did I would go straight to Connells and would highly recommend. Thank you team for all your efforts.

Then once we view the property and put in an application, they state pets will not be accepted. They must get some form of commission per application…
29th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)?In my opinion, the Abingdon office's lack of communication shows disrespect for someone else’s time and is simply unacceptable. After requesting more details about the property, I received an email and a voicemail requesting that I call back asap, as I was informed that their ''properties are letting very quickly''. I returned the call within 5min and was advised that Gary would call me back because he was busy at that moment. I have been attempting to arrange a viewing for a week now; however, my call has not been returned and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. Silence is not an acceptable standard of customer service — particularly after collecting personal information. I have now requested that they erase all of my personal information from their records as it appears my data was collected without any intention of providing the requested service.

Jason is extremely professional, has a wealth of knowledge and has a thoughtful approach to marketing and sales. He made contact regularly and if there was no news he would still touch base and give valuable advice to ensure the sale carried on quickly and efficiently which it certainly did. This was a somewhat emotional sale for me and I felt fully supported all the way through which was invaluable and very much appreciated. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Knight Frank in Henley.
