11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Persuaded by them to change from another agent & wished we hadn't. Poor communication,- we constantly had to chase them for any information. Messages from us were not passed on. Often found information from them to be incorrect. Generally felt unsupported& uninformed.
22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)We completed on a (complicated!) property mid-December, via Jay and Shari at Jackson Stops. Jay was the agent and Shari the senior property consultant. It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

I received regular updates on the progress of the sale, and my specific requests were responded to professionally and promptly. 18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Sarah Cull and here team were amazing and we were so pleased with the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and after hours calls were never a problem. A special mention for Carola who carried out the viewings and was so respectful of our property. We had multiple offers in a difficult market and it took under 6 weeks from offer accepted to exchange - the buyers were a perfect match for our much-loved home. An excellent experience all round.

He passed all our questions onto the sellers and vice versa which made the process seamless. He also contacted our solicitor weekly for progress reports and delivered the information back to us which was so helpful. I would definitely recommend forum ????

25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Awful Estate Agents made a sale more stressful never kept us updated , did not carry out their promised, often gave wrong information, would not check rest of chain - in the end we spoke to Charters (who we purchased through) who we great - updated us weekly - Sold our property in January 2024 and finally moving today
