Communication was excellent throughout, with clear updates at every stage, which made the whole process feel simple, transparent, and completely stress-free. It was an unusual property, I live overseas, the buyers were tricky, lawyers were delayed and we needed additional last minute help to empty the house to meet the deadline - but everything was handled with professionalism and expert guidance. Karen also has great local networks - a moving company helped us at the 11th hour, only because they knew it was for her. She truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We’re so glad we chose Maddisons, and you can absolutely trust Karen to manage even the most challenging situations. Highly recommend!

I initially booked the valuation with Debbie and she was quick to put me at ease, she was professional, clear and honest. The whole team were so friendly. Both her and Joe worked amazingly together to ensure a suitable strategy was chosen with regard to marketing and pricing. Feedback was swift, positive and constructive, Clara and Ava never failed to update me and were always happy to chat through my silly questions. Due to several prospective tenants Debbie gave me impartial advice which enabled me to pick a fabulous tenant. Overall great communication, great service and great team work.
