What makes our perspective a little different is that we work with them on both sides—we rent out a property through them, and we also rent a property from them ourselves. That gives us real insight into how they treat both landlords and tenants, and honestly, they’ve been exceptional in every respect. Liam, Aaron, and Celine are an absolute credit to the team. 27th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)On the letting side I never use again, unprofessional and constantly make mistakes…. The selling side is good, communication not often the best in certain areas but the sales team do their best

A friend who was a pleased client suggested using an independent agency, iPropertyuk . I'm pleased to report that within a few weeks, my property was rented at the asking price, and I saved several hundred pounds on commission.

A very impressive feat given how tough the market is for sellers at the moment! They're extremely helpful, friendly people to deal with and did a great job of liaising between my mother and the buyer. To top it all off, their fees are much lower than most local estate agents. I'll definitely use Bromley Property Company when I sell my own property. Huge thanks, Stuart and Lewis!

2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)They made the process so much longer than it needed to be. Those in the office had no clue what they were doing. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I was told to go back and forth because of documents that they already had. Trash and do not recommend
13th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
