We bought our house through Bairstow Eves and got our mortgage through Zoe. Zoe made the whole process SO easy for getting a new mortgage, I couldn’t believe it. She was transparent and very professional. When changes were needed, she made them seem seamless. Would highly recommend her. The sales team were great. Jonathan, who I had most interaction with, was always cordial, a delight to interact with and just made the communication with our seller very easy. Thanks to the team’s responsiveness, they helped us move in a chain in 4 months - basically unheard of these days. Very responsive to our needs, easy to communicate with and when we came to give up renting and buy, she was really very flexible with helping us to do that with move out dates etc! I could not recommend Alvares Estates more, thank you Malissa!

Lesley and the team were professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish. The whole process was dealt with smoothly, with any queries dealt with promptly and reassuringly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as they really did make what can be a stressful time, that bit easier for us! Thank you Cromwells

A friend who was a pleased client suggested using an independent agency, iPropertyuk . I'm pleased to report that within a few weeks, my property was rented at the asking price, and I saved several hundred pounds on commission.

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I certainly had a number of issues selling my property.Dave and the team were brilliant in solving problems and moving the deal along. When the buyers' surveyor recommeded some structural work, Northwoods found a builder and made sure the work was done quickly and to a high standard. In the end we had a very good outcome, with all parties more than happy. I would highly recomend them for their support and expertise. They were also really impressive in dealing with both sets of solicitors. A very big thank you!

Whilst many other estate agents are full of hot air, patronising and have no clue what they are doing, Jo and her team stand out from the crowd by being genuine, friendly, easily contactable and really good at their jobs. No overpromising or under delivering, Hestia’s know the business in and out and we felt in safe hands. They have a great eye for property and their photography is on point. We would happily buy or sell with Hestia’s again.

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.

They were extremely helpful with the initial valuation and we always got feedback from viewings. They were also on hand to accommodate us logistically for the viewings. After we found the buyer they were always responsive and helpful to any questions we had. A sale can be stressful but they made our lives a lot easier with constant, helpful and responsive communication. 10/10
