She went above and beyond for us during a really difficult time in our personal lives, showing genuine understanding of our situation and what we needed as tenants. She didn’t just listen, she actively advocated for us, which made a huge difference. Whenever issues came up, she was always available to talk things through and offer support. That level of care and responsiveness is rare. It was refreshing to deal with someone who didn’t feel like a “typical” estate agent, but instead treated us like people, not just tenants. Also worth mentioning, the Acorn and Crofton Park branches offer free children’s books, which is a lovely touch for families. Definitely recommend Jennifer at this Acorn brunch.

Even though we haven’t put an offer in yet, the service we’ve received has been very respectable and professional throughout. The team have been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. A special mention to Teddy, who has been excellent. His communication, honesty, and willingness to assist have really stood out and made the experience feel smooth and reassuring. Based on our experience so far, we would definitely look to use Quilliam Estate Agents in the future when finding our property.

Having met Sharon when viewing an onward property, I was impressed with her communication and the experience as a potential buyer, which encouraged me to instruct KFH. Throughout my sale Sharon, Henrik, Sylvia and the team were pragmatic, reassuring, but also honest and direct in their communication, which was really helpful navigating a tricky sale in a difficult market. I felt they did the best they could to get me the right price and buyer. After offer acceptance, Sharon in particular closely followed the process and helped to coordinate between all parties to unblock obstacles. Offer to acceptance was pretty smooth sailing, and I credit that in large part to Sharon's involvement. Thank you KFH team!

Unlike many agents who delegate once an offer is accepted, Aaron personally handled every single stage of my sale. He liaised directly with both solicitors, resolved issues before they became problems and kept the entire process moving with professionalism and calm efficiency. What truly sets him apart is his transparency, integrity and speed. He always got back to me quickly, communicated clearly and made sure I understood exactly what was happening at each step. His involvement removed so much stress and ensured the sale progressed smoothly and without delays. Aaron is the rare kind of estate agent who genuinely cares about his clients and takes full ownership of the process. His dedication, attention to detail and proactive approach made this one of the smoothest property transactions I’ve ever experienced. An exceptional agent and an absolute credit to the profession. Every question, viewing and phone call was sorted quickly, which gave us confidence throughout the whole process. The house buying process was smooth and we believe she was a huge part of that.
