He gave me good advice in the sale of my house which was completed in a matter of weeks. I never felt the need to approach any other Estate Agents because I felt I was in good hands.

28th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Appalling ‘service’. Called FIVE times about a flat to rent in Shoteditch and they never called back. Last time I called the man was shouting down the phone. If you’re a landlord don’t list with them bc they don’t bother following up on tenants. Shoddy and unprofessional

20th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)From day 1, Kalpesh gave me the assurance that a first time landlord would need, he was a confident, knowledgable and friendly agent that I turned down offers from the other agents without hesitation. The whole process of finishing tenants, referencing and check in took less than two weeks and while I was travelling! Kalpesh did a great job finding tenants that I’m really pleased with.

Like single mother, it s hard to find an agency who trust that you can be in time with all the payments ( even if you can afford it, they think you cannot)Harmens estate agents gave me an agreement like single mother, and more than that,they ve been there for me each time I needed. Always available, always solving quickly any problem appeared. Extremely friendly, professional and helpful each time I ve needed. 18th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
