27th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)We purchased our home through Allen Davies and had the absolute pleasure of working with Vivien Klucso.<br><br>Buying a house is one of the biggest decisions you make in your life and can often be stressful but Vivien made it incredibly easy. She is exceptionally responsive and extremely accommodating; replying to emails promptly, facilitating multiple visits, finding out answers to all our queries from the seller. I cannot overstate how important this is.<br><br>She's warm, friendly, open and honest. I think she genuinely enjoys what she does and I highly recommend working with her. We're extremely grateful and very excited for our life in our new home.

14th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Warning: Serious Misconduct and Potential Fraud I agreed a sale price with Amaal Mahmood Khan at Brian Thomas Estate Agents. During the process, he insisted on altering the agreed price on the official paperwork to a lower figure and taking the difference in cash. This would have cheated the property owner and is essentially mortgage/property fraud. Anyone considering instructing him to sell their property should be extremely cautious. Amaal tries to negotiate cash payments with buyer and does not tell seller real offer. In my case he lied to the seller about the amount i offered and if i had gone ahead the seller would have lost out on thousands of pounds that Amaal was demanding to receive in cash off the books. I strongly advise to avoid this agency and this dishonest man.

Nearly 8 months of back and forth and never once were I fobbed off or moaned at for constantly phoning. ?????? Thank you Sarah & team Williams.

3rd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Bell and Blake were the only one of four agents we contacted who valued the property realistically. Their local knowledge was invaluable in our situation (as we live elsewhere and were selling for an elderly relative). I am very glad that we were not lured by one of the various rival firms offering inflated valuations to get us on board- the house would almost certainly still be on the market and causing us great anxiety.

He found me a really great tenant so quickly, which took a huge weight off my shoulders, and made the whole process feel seamless from start to finish. What really stood out was how supportive and reassuring he was throughout. Whenever I felt stressed or unsure, Simon was always there to explain things clearly and put me at ease. His communication was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. A genuinely brilliant agent, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

He was friendly, attentive and a safe pair of hands who provided us with knowledge about the area to help make our decision on where to live. He always responded to any questions or emails very quickly (even questions that were beyond his job as an agent) which resulted in a fast purchase from when we offered to receiving the keys to our new home. Thank you Mark for all of your support- we couldn’t be happier!
22nd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.

20th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)Overall we were disappointed by the lack of any regular communication. We did receive feedback after viewings, but otherwise we had to take the initiative and request updates. We are now putting the property on the market with a different agent.

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

23rd Jun 2026 (24 days ago)David Ward and Connor Steere are Who Property. Because they are a small independent agency, relatively new, you get a really personal service. I’ve bought and sold houses many times over the years but these guys take it to the next level. They are very knowledgeable and professional, but also really friendly and helpful. They are proactive which is one of their greatest strengths, you’re never left wondering what is going on, they connect with buyers, sellers and solicitors alike to keep the momentum moving. I don’t think we could have chosen a better agency. I really appreciate how these guys work and make you feel part of their team. Can’t recommend them enough. A really big thank you guys!!
