The entire process felt personal from start to finish.<br><br>We initially reached out to arrange a viewing for a property and, despite it being very last minute, Gill and Christian kindly went out of their way to accommodate us. When we met Gill, she took the time to really understand our circumstances and what we were looking for. She quickly realised that the property we'd originally come to see wasn't actually the right fit for us, she listened carefully, asked all the right questions, and suggested another property that turned out to be perfect for our needs.<br><br>The administrative side was exceptionally smooth.<br><br>Having previously had disappointing experiences with larger agencies, where the service felt impersonal and fell well short of what we'd consider a professional standard, our experience with Harpers of Chiswick was a refreshing contrast. Their professionalism is matched by real care, attention to detail, and a willingness to go the extra mile.<br><br>We absolutely loved the welcome pack at check-in! It was such a thoughtful, personalised touch, and a lovely reflection of the care they put into the whole experience.<br><br>On a more personal note, thanks to Gill, we had the opportunity to meet the family who were moving out of the apartment. They left us a heartwarming note wishing us well in our new home, which made the whole experience feel even more special.<br><br>We're so glad we came across Gill and Christian and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agency that combines professionalism with a truly personal approach.
21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)The team at Millers were helpful and prompt -- we would highly recommend them. They suggested a solicitor who, in turn, was also excellent. Millers were able to sell our house within a few weeks of putting it on the market with them.

7th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Darren was the person my brother and I dealt with. His customer service was outstanding we finalised the sale of my mother’s property very smoothly. What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly. Hunters are very lucky to have such a good person working for them, I would recommend Hunters/Darren to anyone who is selling there house A big thank you from Keith and Kay

20th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.

And Savills have been the exception to that rule - Adam and his team have been absolutely brilliant. We have had great advice about the market and exceptional advice about handling awkward situations with tenants. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them.

24th Apr 2026 (19 weeks ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

3rd Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)We recently bought our home through Frost's and wanted to say a big thank you to Adam.<br><br>Buying a house is stressful but Adam was fantastic to deal with throughout the process. He was approachable, understanding, and consistently went above and beyond to help keep things moving.<br><br>We ended up having a lot of contact over the course of the purchase because we used Frost's recommended conveyancer and, unfortunately, the individual we got wasn't particularly proactive or responsive. As a result, Adam seemed to take on an unpaid second job of chasing the conveyancer, following up and calming down a grumpy buyer! Without his persistence and communication, I'm honestly not sure the transaction would have progressed as well as it did.<br><br>Adam was always quick to respond, patient with our requests, and genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line. His professionalism and dedication made a stressful process much easier to manage.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adam and Frost's to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Their local knowledge is second to none and they always give a speedy response to enquiries. I like that they are an established family business who are friendly and professional at all times. They take the rough with the smooth, always trying to bring a positive outcome to any problem. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed plenty of guidance, and Frank was patient, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.<br><br>His communication was outstanding - he was always on the ball, kept me updated every step of the way, and was always available to answer the phone whenever I needed him. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>What really stood out was how helpful he was in making sure I was fully prepared for moving into my new home. He took the time to ask the previous homeowners questions on my behalf, so I knew how everything in the property worked before moving in.
