The entire process was transparent and clear, with no grey areas. Having had a different experience with another agent in the past, I knew I would appreciate this. John not only spent a lot of time on the central aspects of the purchase, but also supported me with the preliminaries (e.g. finding the right insurance). Thanks also to the whole team. Highly recommended!

She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. One doesn't feel like a statistic. The situation is tailored around the tenant. Thank you Sara! You're a star! Thank you Lewis! Thank you Greenstone Estates! 24th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)The team was dreadful at getting back to us, constantly passing it from one member to another which significantly delayed things - their poor service costs us an additional £150 which could’ve have been sorted for free if they simply replied on time and pulled through with what they said. Very poor communication and lack of accountability.

We never had any problems, and whenever there was a maintenance issue, Mo and the team were always very quick to respond and get things sorted. Communication throughout the tenancy was always excellent. Would definitely recommend Filtons.

31st Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The BEST estate agents! We've had a long journey with our house move and Foundations were incredible at every step. They worked hard to ensure we got the best deal for our house sale, lining up back to back viewings, following up with individuals, even spotting early on (before it became a much bigger problem!) when a buyer submitted an offer but then disappeared. It was almost no suprise when the house we'd offered on fell through and Foundations saved the day again, finding our dream house and securing the purchase. They really listened and understood our position and what we were looking for. I will be recommending them to everyone!

From start to finish, they did everything possible to make the sale of my house as straightforward and stress-free as it could be. They took care of all the hard work, kept me informed throughout the process, and were always on hand to answer any questions.<br><br>Their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail made a huge difference, and I genuinely felt they had my best interests at heart every step of the way. On top of that, their fees were very reasonable and represented excellent value.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A fantastic team that goes above and beyond!

I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.
4th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)I can not praise the staff here highly enough. To start, handling the home of a recently deceased and much loved Mother must be tough. But, the careful balance of compassion, care, professionalism and then the business was navigated with incredible skill. The ease with which the house went on the market was amazing, the pictures, description, the overall presentation was so impressive I almost bought it myself.<br>More than that though, when all was concluded the aftercare and advice was so very much appreciated.<br>I will never be able to praise or thank the team enough.<br>A particular mention to Jack and Michaela, who had to endure more than they ever should.<br>Myself and Fudge (shshsh it’s a secret) thank you, from the pieces of my heart

They communicated any maintenance issues, working closely with the tenant and contractors and resolved issues in a timely manor, while keeping us updated. They have sourced many suitable tenants over the 13 years we have been with them. We deal mainly with Carly and Beth. They are always professional, courteous and extremely helpful. We cannot recommend Northwood highly enough.

Whenever an issue arose, the team was proactive, diligent and quick to follow up until it was resolved.<br><br>I also really appreciated their strong local presence and knowledge of the area, which gives the agency a much more personal feel than some of the larger property management companies.<br><br>Towards the end of my tenancy, they were also extremely helpful in providing me with a detailed landlord reference for my next rental application abroad, which I greatly appreciated.<br><br>Overall, a very professional, reliable and genuinely helpful agency that I would happily recommend.<br><br>Many thanks to Maria, Nicholas and the whole team for their help over the years.
