2nd Jul 2026 (22 days ago)RENTING - be aware, the team are OK but they serve the landlord NOT YOU. Landlord attempted to retain 80% of our deposit when we moved out and Agent supported them, even through the Tenancy deposit scheme process... we won out in the end.<br>Also the rentals team are part time.. so if you garden is flooded with sewage or your boiler fails in mid winter, be prepared for some frustration.

My assigned agent, Aston, did not attend as expected and was difficult to contact when I needed assistance.<br><br>This review reflects our personal experience.

They always answer the phone and any questions, everything is documented and explained, nothing is too much trouble. Effective communication is essential, and they truly excelled at it!
17th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Very disappointed, first they overvalued the property and told me in a matter of a fortnight I needed to reduce the price which I did, I then heard nothing for almost 2 months . Went to a different agent who sold the property within a week. When I looked at their marketing it was so much better and more professional than Bowyers. I do not like leaving negative reviews, however this reflects my experience with them.

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

Every aspect of the process so far has been excellent. Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.
3rd Jul 2026 (21 days ago)We really enjoyed our stay at York Mansions. The flat was spacious and meant all our needs. The flat was very clean and well kept. The location was great as we had lots of restaurant options a few steps away as well as a grocery store, post office and other shops.<br>Your staff was awesome to deal with when we had an issue with the fans and resolved the problem in a kind and timely fashion.<br>If we return to London in the future we know where we will be staying and won’t hesitate to recommend your properties to others!

They kept on top of things and made sure the process kept moving in spite of a few hurdles. I really think they earned their money. I would highly recommend iMove.
