1st Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)We worked with Stuart on buying our place in Cobham and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. His personal approach meant that when there were delays in the chain, he kept very calm, managed the seller very well and didn’t put any pressure on us even though the chain was at risk. Very understanding, happy to help out where he could and someone we would definitely use to sell our place in the future. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

16th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)We enjoyed our time both buying and selling with Hamptons Chichester. Bradley Harris and Max Paravicini were always professional in a relaxed manner, making our move stress free! I would have no hesitation recommending them.
6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

If anything came up that would require assistance with Fieldhouses response was always prompt and solved the issue we had. We never had any issues during our tenancy that they couldnt solve and I would say they were great in all aspects.

16th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)This is my first time renting a property and the second I walked into Homelink I was greeted with a very warm welcome by all the staff. After a short conversation with Inaya and MR Azad the we proceeded to fill out the paperwork. This was very professional and very quick. I thought I would take an hour but it was so much faster. After all the staff congratulated me and gave me a nice welcome box with discounts and a few treats. I have had no issues and the staff are very supportive. After we reached out on Rightmove he got us into the property the very same day, negotiated painting of the house, got the offer accepted and a holding deposit paid within 24 hours! He has been super quick and patient with all our questions and getting references and super supportive! We are all signed now and so excited to be moving.
