2nd Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Had a lovely experience with Knightsbridge estate agents, specifically Jessica Richard’s :) she was very accommodating during the search, showed me around a couple flats in the area and helped me find the perfect home for the duration of my studies in London, within walking distance to university and within my budget- on a very short notice. The process was quick from viewing to singing the lease and she helped me every step of the way. I’ve got no complaints.

Aspire found a full price buyer in less than two weeks, and the sale went extremely smoothly. I highly recommend this estate agent.

25th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)This is the third property i have bought in Shenley and Chris and Georgina have managed the all three. I wouldn't use anyone else. In this tough market we find ourselves in they work tirelessly to push the sale of your property and help in finding you the perfect fit for your next move. This stressful process was made even more difficult by a sub standard solicitor and Georgina went above and beyond to try and help solve the delays and issues caused by this. A real family business who i cannot rate highly enough.

20th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very poor maintenance service. I constantly have to chase them for updates and repairs. Problems can take weeks or even nearly a month to be resolved. If you don’t keep reminding them, they simply don’t follow up or call back about issues in the house.

27th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)We’ve just completed on our dream house as a family and something we never thought was possible- Then here comes John and Paul who have worked tirelessly throughout the whole process- up front with information around what’s going on with the estate, always answered every single question we’ve had they’ve answered even down to needing measurements for rooms so we could look at furniture. They scheduled viewings anytime we’ve asked which has really helped through the process. After this experience if we are to ever sell this house and buy a property they would be my first call every day of the week. Thank you both so much for your help

6th May 2025 (1 year ago)Forgot to put my garage on the plans. Didn't say that there was no onward chain and no board. The house is in a cul-de-sac but may walkers go past with dogs etc.
