5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I can't recommend KFH Balham highly enough.<br><br>After a disappointing experience with another estate agent in Balham where my sale fell through, working with KFH was a breath of fresh air. They sold my flat in just two weeks, and from start to finish the service was excellent.<br><br>Selling a property is never stress free, but the team did everything they could to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Their communication throughout was fantastic.I was always kept up to date, they were proactive, responsive, and genuinely felt invested in getting the sale over the line.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone involved for your professionalism, hard work and support, especially Jason the sales negotiator. If you're looking for an estate agent in the area, I highly recommend KFH.

From the very beginning right through to completion, she was there every step of the way, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well managed.<br><br>Lynne was always proactive, approachable and incredibly responsive. She was constantly chasing things up, getting answers to our questions quickly, and keeping everyone moving in the right direction. It genuinely felt like she was invested in making sure everything progressed as efficiently as possible.<br><br>Her communication was excellent throughout, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Having someone so knowledgeable, dependable and involved from beginning to end made a huge difference to our experience.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lynne to anyone buying or selling a property. Literally from the second I called to book my viewing, Jordan was soo incredibly helpful and patient and kind. Which has made all the difference in what can be a very stressful process. He also showed me the property which I fell in love with and ended up renting. And honestly from start to finish I couldn’t fault him. He has been so helpful and kept me updated on all the processes, explaining everything in detail and just generally making the experience a lot more streamlined! Thank you so much Jordan!

James and Pervin were both fantastic communicators throughout the process of selling my N1 leasehold flat in 2026 – they were knowledgeable, efficient and effective, and it was genuinely a pleasure to liaise with them.<br>Having shopped around for estate agents and found the ‘on paper’ offerings pretty similar, it was their smaller, long-standing sales team that swung my decision – and that really worked for me, as I always knew who I would be picking up the phone to, and I had continuity and expertise on hand throughout the process.<br>Many thanks to both James and Pervin for their help!

After that Tony and Kasia especially kept in close contact with us and helped steer us through stormy waters on other parts of the chain with calm assurance. Would heartily recommend their services in particular the Harrow branch! I hope the team get the praise they deserve for their tireless and superb work

He took us around houses and found us our dream house.<br>James was exceptional, approachable, knowledgeable of the area and nothing was too much trouble.<br>Thank you so much for all your help.<br>I will always recommend house buyers to come to you!<br>James’ is definitely the best agent in Eastbourne!!<br>The whole team are polite and helpful.

The team was consistently responsive, helpful and reassuring, keeping me informed throughout and making the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>What impressed me most was that the service never felt merely transactional. There was a genuine sense of care, attention and willingness to help, combined with the efficiency and professionalism you would expect from a first-class agency. Every interaction was handled promptly and courteously, and I always felt that I was in very capable hands.<br><br>It is increasingly rare to come across this combination of excellent communication, genuine support and consistently high professional standards. Winkworth delivered all three.<br><br>A sincere thank you to the entire team for making the experience such a positive one. Truly top-notch service, and I would happily use Winkworth again in the future and recommend them to others without hesitation.

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We wanted to sell, initially we were told that our property would attract alot of potential buyers and that it would take a predicted 6-8 months to find suitable buyers. When they come to value your property they will try and convince you that they'll do a good job however upon using their services we realised that JNP are highly inefficient and unprofessional. They will not vet viewers prior to making appointments & match suitable buyers with your property.<br><br>They don't give you feedback post viewings so that you can have constructive criticism to make your property more appealing to potential buyers. They will then continue to tell you that the market is slow whilst other properties in your area will sell the only difference is that they have listed their property with proactive agents. JNP are not proactive.<br><br>In conclusion listing your property with JNP is a complete and utter waste of time. Please find a suitable alternative and do not make the same mistake we did!

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.
