19th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)It's a good job flats in London largely sell themselves. The property was great, but I wouldn't choose to deal with this branch again. During viewings, the estate agent seemed barely present and offered very little information or engagement. Communication was noticeably better with other agencies I dealt with during my search. It was a shame that I had to deal with KFH to secure a property I otherwise really liked.

Importantly, they listened to what we told them about the property and incorporated that very well into their marketing. They were friendly, attentive and professional throughout the sales process, both proactive and reactive, as well as patient, keeping us fully informed all the time. Our sale wasn't straightforward but, despite that, it was very well managed by Tony and his able team. I would certainly recommend GG and use them again without hesitation. Thank you!

We have had an extremely efficient and supportive service at every step of the way, and Tammy you were instrumental in solving the last minute issue which meant that the sale was not lost.<br><br>We would also give a special mention to Harry in lettings who was fantastic in dealing with the tenants exit, the technical and legal lettings advice he gave us, and the seamless way he worked with the sales team to coordinate everything that needed to be done was excellent.<br><br>We are very impressed and would absolutely recommend RMJ sales and lettings services.<br>Thank you ??????- 2nd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Absolutely terrible service here especially from the team leader Sophie. They found me the worst tenants possible who trashed my house. I can get past that but the service from this team is the worst part. They charge you finders fee and management fees however a tenant breaks the contract and leaves early and there is no support. Instead they want to charge you again for finding another tenant. Nobody comes back to you have to constantly chase them for updates. I would not use them if it was a free service again.

23rd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)As first-time buyers, we were quite nervous about viewing properties and starting the whole buying process, but David made the experience so enjoyable and stress-free from the very beginning.<br><br>He showed us around two flats and was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. We learned so much from him, and his honest, genuine advice really stood out. We absolutely loved one of the properties we viewed, but rather than rushing us into a decision, David encouraged us to keep looking at other options to make sure we find the perfect home for us. That level of care and professionalism meant a lot.<br><br>David made us feel comfortable, supported, and never under any pressure. He has been by far the best estate agent, and we can’t thank him enough for all of his help and guidance. 30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Top notch experience renting through them. They have been as quick as humanly possible arranging for any emergencies to get resolved and their staff go above and beyond. Our fridge broke down during a heatwave, James went to Slough for a replacement when there weren't any that would fit in the local stores. When out of hours issue have come up Emma has been super patient and responsive. All together, everyone we have interacted with has been stellar.

My sale has been a long drawn out one due to issues on my onward purchase but that has never stopped them striving to do their absolute best to help! From listing my property and negotiating the sale Nathan and Naz were really excellent, professional and knowledgable through to the sales progression Jan (& Lisa!) has done an absolutely sterling job! She has gone above and beyond to help where she could on both my sale and my onward purchase and genuinely cared about keeping me updated. I honestly couldn’t have got through selling my house without Jan! Absolute value for money, first rate service from a really great team Thanks so much for all you have done!
