From the moment he found our buyer right through to when we handed over the keys, his communication was flawless. He kept us updated at every single stage—honestly, much more than our solicitor ever did! Ross is incredibly professional, personable, and empathetic, which made a huge difference during a stressful process. To top it all off, they gave us a lovely moving-in gift box packed with goodies and money-off vouchers. Thank you, Ross and the team, for going above and beyond!

16th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Maddison’s have given me an outstanding service and more importantly one of their superb sales team managed to find a buyer for a flat l was selling that wasn’t anything special at all and furthermore was up against immense competition. It was through her superb negotiating skills that a buyer was secured and completion is happening next week.<br>Once you have a buyer you are allocated a Sales Progression Manager who gives you a weekly update of everything that is developing with your sale. Again this service is superb as you are kept in the loop every step of the way. Any and every query you might have pertaining to the sale is answered quickly and effectively.<br>It is unusual to pay estate fees in advance but Maddison’s offer a service that goes way beyond most other estate agents. They are a huge asset to Tunbridge Wells.

As a whole branch, and as individual agents, they are genuinely 11/10!<br><br>Sasha, in particular, was fabulous throughout: supportive, responsive, completely on top of everything. She is a real expert in her field and in keeping buyers, sellers, solicitors and everyone else engaged and moving through the process – during what can be a tremendously stressful period. She is the embodiment of the care and support that the whole Ampthill branch has. It’s always about getting the right outcome for all.<br><br>We honestly could not recommend her or the wider Country Properties team more. 24th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUDE AND TRY TO INTIMIDATE STUDENTS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE. They are awful. Rude and confrontational. We have had multiple issues with the house they have rented us, saying its not their problem and that we should go to the landlady, when realistically they should help. we have been yelled at in the house we are renting from them in front of other potential tenants which not only was an embarrassing situation but also totally uncalled for and unprofessional just like when they opened my mail. when we complained about the viewing being over an hour late the "CEO" (Asiff) replying with "you have been complaining non stop so I am just going to ignore you". Disgusting human imo. THE ONE STAR IS FAKE.
