24th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I cannot thank Eshan Mofeejuddy enough for all the help and support he has given me.<br><br>As somebody who suffers from anxiety and has cerebral palsy, dealing with housing issues can be extremely stressful, but Eshan made the whole process so much easier. He was always easy to talk to on the phone, took the time to listen, and never made me feel rushed or like I was just another case.<br><br>He went above and beyond to find temporary accommodation that suited my individual needs, which made a huge difference during a difficult time. Throughout the entire process, he never left me in the dark. He kept me updated regularly, explained what was happening, and always made sure I knew what the next steps were.<br><br>Eshan also helped to get a repair issue at my property sorted and consistently went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, supported, and as stress-free as possible.<br><br>It is rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the people they are helping, but Eshan does exactly that. Our journey began with a first viewing for a property that didn't quite meet our expectations, but Oakley was incredibly kind to immediately inform us that a larger, more suitable flat had just become available. Furthermore, they kindly arranged a viewing for this new property on the same day without requiring a separate appointment. Also, throughout the entire process, they provided all necessary information and details at every step, ensuring any questions we had were addressed promptly. I highly recommend Oakley to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative agent who cares about their clients' needs.

They were all incredible throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help make the move as smooth as possible. Nothing was ever an issue. If you are planning on selling a property don't bother asking anyone else to come and value. And if you are buying make sure its a property they have for sale!

Russell was very knowledgeable about the local area and house prices therein and took the time to have a detailed discussion with us about how best to market our house. Throughout the process he regularly checked in with us (and the buyer) to ensure that things were running as smoothly as possible - not easy to do with a chain! We would thoroughly recommend Coopers Ickenham Office and Russell to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
