They always offer honest and justified advise which has always guided me to make the right decisions. They provide honest valuations and it shows in the actual sale price when the sale is agreed. The have solutions for every problem and make the whole experience stress free and good value for money. I would always use your move as they have a professional and solution driven attitude that saves delays. They work as a team and are always welcoming and friendly and easy to approach when needed. I used the recommended in-house solicitors and they have also been great and I will further use them for my purchase. Great experience all round. Thank you..

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I continue to use them for all my rental property management and occasionally use the property sales arm - on the rare occasions I have a property to sell. I heartedly recommend them.
14th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Dane at Oaks in South Norwood was a breath of fresh air - yes most agents can be annoying and hard work and yes its part of their job! Dane made this whole slightly painful process as good as it can be - he was communicative (sooo important), thorough and i felt he was honest as well and I built a trustful relationship with him. Would def recommend using Oaks and would use them again although not planning on moving again for a while!

Mine was a complex situation with the move but I had so much support from Matthew.<br>He worked so hard to ensure the sale of my house and purchase of my flat went as smoothly as possible.<br>He was really easy to reach and I was kept up to date throughout.<br>I would strongly recommend them, especially as my house sold straight away, and for the asking price!<br>I honestly can’t thank them enough.
20th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I cannot recommend Devenports Twickenham based on my recent experience as a buyer.<br><br>After my offer was accepted, I spent several thousand pounds on surveys, legal fees and mortgage arrangements, only to discover that important questions regarding approvals, leasehold documentation, title matters and other property issues remained unresolved.<br><br>What I found most frustrating was being pressured to make decisions and revise my offer before those enquiries had been properly answered. As a buyer, I felt I was being asked to accept unknown risks without being given the information needed to make an informed decision.<br><br>In my view, sellers should have key legal documentation available before marketing a property, and agents should take reasonable steps to verify important information before putting it up for sale. Had this happened, I could have made an informed decision much earlier and avoided significant wasted time, stress and expense.<br><br>The agency wasn’t helpful at all to me as a first-time buyer. They seemed far more keen to pressure me into completing the transaction without proper due diligence and without key questions being answered.<br><br>I was probably saved from making a very expensive mistake, but only after considerable financial and emotional cost. Therefore, I would not recommend this agency, which I found to be unprofessional throughout the transaction.
