Knowing we were selling our childhood home following the loss of our mum, they could not have been more kind, helpful and sensitive from the very first time we spoke with them and explained our situation. Any time we needed to contact them we didn't have to wait for a reply which takes away any frustration or stress. They had a good relationship with the solicitors and their professionalism and dedication to moving the sale to conclusion made the whole process seemless. Thank you so much.

Andrea and Margaret the progress team were also brilliant at keeping me up to date especially near the very end when you feel a bit stressed.

We particularly wanted to mention Isobel Clarke who has kept in touch regularly with updates and new properties on to the market, she has always been professional, helpful and friendly and a pleasure to speak with and goes beyond to make you feel valued. We have now found our forever home with Brown & Merry and and going through the buying process with Lucy, there has been excellent communication throughout. I am so glad I did, the service they provided was more personal and within a couple of weeks the property sold within a couple of weeks. Really pleased and have no hesitation in recommending Leaper Stanbrook. Brilliant service.
18th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Mixed bag service.<br>We mainly dealt with Damien, which overall was a positive experience, very professional. However our process went on for just under a year, which takes it's toll on everyone in it.<br><br>However reason for the 2 star reduction is for the handling of a situation on moving day by other staff. It was extremely poor and added additional stress to everyone involved.

From the outset, Sigourney explained things clearly and sensitively, which made a very difficult and emotional process far easier to manage. Communication was always prompt, courteous, and reassuring, and I felt fully supported at every stage. What stood out most was the calm and compassionate manner in which matters were dealt with. I always felt treated with patience, respect, and understanding, and nothing ever felt too much trouble. The professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the probate process. I would not hesitate to recommend Leonard Gray to anyone requiring probate or estate administration services. 4th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)I would highly recommend David Astbury's from the first point of contact during the valuation, the professionalism commenced. We were provided with information about our property in advance of marketing that other estate agents did not provide and they did not overvalue our property to raise unrealistic expectations. Our sale in the end was very complex, but March in particular who supported us up to final sale completion, was amazing and did her best to support us during some very challenging times. Other members of the team were also supportive, as and when needed.

3rd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Cooper Adams, and in particular Sophie, throughout our house search and sale.<br><br>Sophie was instrumental in helping keep our sale moving to exchange (and soon, completion!), always communicating and proactively gaining updates from key parties. She showed patience and kindness during what can be a stressful process. Her communication was genuinely exceptional.<br><br>What also stood out was that Cooper Adams were the only estate agent in the area who regularly checked in to see how our search was going. It never felt pushy or like a sales tactic, just genuinely helpful and supportive.<br><br>Great, personal communication feels increasingly rare these days, but Sophie and the whole team at Cooper Adams really set themselves apart.

He was extremely professional, supportive and efficient throughout the entire process both in his own role and helping to nudge buyers solictors who lacked the same level of efficiency. I can wholeheartedly recommend both Lee as an agent and Cosgroves as an estate agent.
