The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

The entire Marsh & Parsons network was outstanding and they were all aligned on my search and communicated with each other so my conversations were streamlined and efficient.<br><br>I specifically worked with Lucca and Tegan, and they exemplified these qualities and more in representing Marsh & Parsons. They were communicative, professional, and above all, thoughtful and kind in my search for a flat. They listened to me describe what I was looking for and recommended a flat that truly fit the bill! They were patient with me and quick to find answers to my questions, as well as share resources and guidance that have ultimately made my flat letting experience feel smooth and secure. 13th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)My in-laws rented a property through Horizon at an assisted living property. While they were quick to respond to issues and rectify. The condition of the property before moving in itself was unacceptable. It was poorly maintained, with worn décor and carpets in such bad condition they were a clear trip hazard. Especially considering this is place for older residents many with poor mobility. We were advised that the landlord, (Fairhavens solicitors), refused to carry out the necessary work to make the property safe and fit for purpose. We had to replace carpets and redecorate at our expense.<br>During what was already a very difficult time, when my father-in-law had to move into a care home, so he could be with my mother in law who was already in the same care home. The rent was accidentally overpaid. Rather than simply refunding the money, Horizon chose to deduct a £15 “admin fee.” They initially blamed and insisted it was due to bank charges, which when proved to be incorrect. Then admitted it was simply a charge for their time.<br><br>This felt petty, opportunistic, and completely lacking in empathy given the circumstances.<br><br>We had been considering instructing Horizon to value and market our own property, but after this experience, there was zero chance we would use. Hence why we used Amos who were excellent in every aspect.<br><br>Updated:<br><br>We did raise our grievances with you at the time, including our request for the property to be redecorated and the dangerous carpet to be replaced. That request was refused, so please do not attempt to suggest that these issues were not raised or that you were unaware of them. You were fully aware of our concerns throughout.<br><br>I note your acknowledgment that an administration fee was being charged, as there were no bank charges. This was clearly established during our telephone conversation. When I challenged a member of your team on the claim that these were bank charges. The explanation immediately changed and admin fee was introduced to the conversation. This is deeply concerning and raises serious questions about the accuracy and transparency of the information being provided.<br><br>Given that you received over £30,000 in rent on behalf of your clients, which was always paid in full and on time, it is frankly astonishing that you have chosen to impose an administration fee in these circumstances.<br><br>Quite honestly, the administration fee comes across as nothing more than a petty and transparent attempt at one last jab.<br><br>It’s not about the amount of money involved; it is about the principle and the way this has been handled. We find the decision to levy this additional charge particularly disappointing and difficult to justify.<br><br>I expect you to reconsider the charge and donate the fee to the Alzheimer’s Charity.
13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

17th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Had to write a review (even though it maybe a couple months late) praising how helpful the staff have been throughout the whole process. With me and my fiancé being first time buyers it was an extremely daunting task and without a doubt was far from a smooth experience. However the reason we currently get to sit down together in our living room is all thanks to the incredibly hard work the staff at Wards put into our purchase. First I would like to thank Monika for helping with our viewings and advising us through the initial steps alongside Lauren for still answering the phone happily following my 20th call each week to keep me updated. But for me most of all I would like to give a gigantic amount of praise to Emma, I whole heartedly believe we would not be in this house without her. She accepted every call I made even if it was multiple during the day with such a warm and helpful attitude. I truly felt like she was fighting to get us into this house and treated the purchase as if it was her own. She fought tooth and nail to get us the answers and deadlines that felt like would never come.<br><br>I can not express enough how amazing wards are and would recommend anyone who wants to feel fully supported through either a purchase or a sale to go ahead with the lovely Wards team in Snodland.

I was made to feel that they cared and was kept informed throughout the whole process. Rhesa has been a tower of strength from her help and advice and literal hand holding throughout. She has been so empathetic and upfront. The process was smooth and very quick. If I could describe the perfect Letting Agent, it would be her! If I could have given 10 stars I would have, undoubtedly!

They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible.
