27th Aug 2026 (2 days ago)We moved out 23 days ago and have still had no communication about returning our £3,000 deposit. Not even had a suggested return amount for us to accept / contest. All emails and phone calls are being ignored and I’ve had to open a case with TDS.
25th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)I cannot praise Winkworth Putney enough they are the best agency in Putney for letting and selling.<br>I have used them over the last 2 decades.<br>They have in their team a legend called Russel white he is a true gentleman of real estate .<br>Followed by Adam Taylor I think he is a rising star if not already a star.<br>Both this gentleman are really true professional they really go out of their way to help and assist in both selling and letting.<br>They are backed up by a good team as well and I cannot praise or recommend them enough.<br>Would like to thank their Southfield office as well who are always so kind as well.<br>Big shout to Bella at Putney office as well she is always very helpful and kind.<br>Thanks Winkworth Putney for doing such an amazing job for me my company my family and friends.<br>Aftab Ebrahim

Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Outstanding Property Management and Sales Service<br>I have been with SeOUL Estate Agents for many years, managing our property in New Malden while I live in Australia. Their service throughout has been exceptional.<br>Ian and Chris Kim in Property Management have always been kind, responsive and extremely helpful. They managed not only the letting of the property but also repairs, maintenance and refurbishment, giving me complete peace of mind despite being overseas.<br>More recently, Mr Kim Yoon in Sales successfully handled the sale of our property. He worked tirelessly arranging viewings and was professional, experienced, courteous and excellent in communicating with us throughout. Being in Australia could have made the process difficult, but he ensured that the sale and completion progressed smoothly without any problems.<br>I am extremely grateful to the entire SeOUL team for their outstanding service over many years. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how supportive and approachable they were throughout the entire process.<br><br>They were always easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and more than happy to talk through any questions we had, no matter how small. They even invited us to their office for a more detailed chat, taking the time to walk us through everything and make sure we felt comfortable at each stage.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive they were in keeping things progressing smoothly, while also ensuring everything was handled efficiently and with care.<br><br>Overall, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

29th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Moving Places. The property was rented to me in an unacceptable condition. It had clearly not been cleaned before I moved in, and it was dirty throughout. There were also broken pieces of furniture left in the flat, which should have been dealt with before new tenants moved in.<br>Communication has been extremely poor. It often feels like the only time they are responsive is when rent is due. Whenever I reported issues or requested updates, it was difficult to get a response or any meaningful action.<br><br>To make matters worse, several appliances were faulty and remained unrepaired for months despite being reported multiple times. This was especially difficult because I have children, and these unresolved issues had a significant impact on our daily lives.<br><br>Overall, I found the service unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend Moving Places based on my experience, and I hope they improve their property standards, maintenance, and communication with tenants.

Always has a good plan ahead and will tell me her thoughts openly and more importantly honest. The sales side really let me down on several occasions and need to do a better job, the lack of communication was very disappointing through out.
22nd May 2026 (14 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

13th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)We recently purchased a property through Kearns Residential Estate & Letting Agents in Ruislip, and Maray was our estate agent throughout the whole journey.<br><br>As anyone who has bought a house will know, the process can be stressful, with unexpected delays and plenty of ups and downs. Throughout it all, Maray was there for us from the very beginning until the day we received our keys — and even continued to help us after we had moved in.<br><br>She was always just a text away and was excellent at keeping in touch, regularly following up with us as the buyers, the sellers and the other parties involved. Whenever there was a delay or we needed an update, she would chase things up and do her best to keep everything moving.<br><br>Having Maray there throughout the process made the whole experience much easier and far less stressful. Our purchase was successfully completed, and we really appreciate all the support and effort she put in.<br><br>If you’re looking to buy a property and want an estate agent who is responsive, supportive and genuinely stays involved from start to finish, I would definitely recommend Maray. ????????????

The stresses of purchasing a house were removed by the professionalism and attentiveness shown to us. If I was looking to purchase in London Joseph would be my first call.
