His communication was flawless and he was consistently calm, helpful, and professional. 26th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Right from the start Sims Williams Walberton had our back. From the start when we met Sara Morgan, we were impressed with their straightforward, no nonsense approach to selling our house. The staff in the office were excellent in arranging viewings and letting us know how those viewings went. Once the property was sold we were served excellently by Louise Thompson-Dodd of the Progression Team with plenty of conversations and always available vie phone and email. Even when the first sale fell through we were able to re market straight and a new buyer found the next day to get us back on track. Right up to when contracts were exchanged Sims Williams were there to help with last minute hiccups. Cannot recommend Sims Williams highly enough, 5 stars is not enough!

Harry was my main point of contact throughout the process, and he was always fantastic, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.
29th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Hi Northumberland is the best branch ever I have experienced it because I was looking for 3 bed house but I was struggle to find affordable then I have visit Northumberland branch and inside I visit vicky who show me house and I visit she helped me step by step vicky is the person who helped me to get my house with my kids so I recommend 100 percent that vicky will not disappoint you she will help you with anything that you struggle she is the person who will provide you your dream house thanks a lot a lot to vicky and Northumberland branch!!!!

17th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Please read would be my advice. I would give no stars if I could.<br><br>When I signed up to JDM I had 4 requests:<br>1. Make sure they wear shoe covers (I provide them)<br>2. Do not leave the front door wide open while you are showing the them around. Which is why we got rid of our first agent.<br>3. Do not leave the people unsupervised wondering around the house alone<br>4. Try and vet them to avoid nosey time wasters (we had so many, no vetting what’s so ever)<br>They agreed to all of the above.<br>In reality it was very different. They left the front door wide open on first visit, allowed people to wonder around on their own, children running wild opening cupboards playing with light switches, touching and pulling at antiques, sitting down on our furniture making themselves at home and finally when the clients refused to wear shoe covers they said ok and allowed all 5 of them free reign of our house with their shoes on which included a 94 year old with 3 prong walking aid climbing our stairs.<br>They were sent a bill for our carpets to be cleaned and we then terminated our contract even though we had a buyer.<br>We could not bare to pay them any commission for such appalling, unprofessional behavior we would rather lose the buyer.<br>Think very carefully before you choose this company.

20th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)EDIT: Thank you for your response. However, attempting to attribute the issue to “timescales” or solicitors avoids the central concern raised in my review. For the full context: from the first viewing I made it clear to the agent, vendors and solicitors that my intention was to complete before the end of the year, and this was the only reason I accepted the asking price without negotiation despite the lease nearing 80 years. The property was marketed as “no chain”, and this timeframe was known and discussed for months in advance, on multiple occasions including second viewing in the end of November. No circumstances justify intimidating communication by your manager or suggesting that a client’s actions may negatively affect how they are viewed in “future transactions” — wording for which your agency already issued a formal apology. As I believe this conduct fell below expected professional standards, the matter has now been formally escalated to The Property Ombudsman (TPO). I hope this leads to improved communication standards and training. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency during a property purchase was highly disappointing. It started off well at the viewing - Aarden was highly professional, with good knowledge about the property. Unfortunately later on during the process the communication from the sales manager Josh — particularly during negotiations — crossed the line from professional guidance into unnecessary pressure and intimidation. At one stage, I was told that my actions could affect how the agency and vendors viewed me in “future transactions,” which I found completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Following a formal complaint, the agency acknowledged that the wording used could reasonably be interpreted as intimidating and issued an apology. I appreciate that the director responded professionally once the complaint was raised, but buyers should not have to escalate matters formally in order to be treated fairly and respectfully. I would strongly encourage future buyers to keep all communication in writing and approach negotiations cautiously.
