25th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)As a landlord, I’ve had a really good experience with Chiltern Hills Estate Agents. They’re professional, reliable and know the rental market extremely well. If I had more properties to rent, I’d have no hesitation giving them to these guys — I genuinely believe they’d have them rented within 24 hours. Great communication and a very efficient service. Highly recommended.

22nd Aug 2026 (10 days ago)AVOID at all cost whether you’re a tenant or a landlord.<br><br>Extremely disappointed. Worst agency we have ever had in the last 20 years having lived in NYC HK LDN. They did a good job in showing us the property and everything went downhill once we became tenants. The heater didn’t work for 1.5 year, the aircon also had issues, power cut, smoke alarms kept going off, water infiltration. Hamptons did not help with any of the issues we’ve had over the 2 years. They know nothing about the building and have only delayed the fixing of each issue we have encountered leaving us waiting in the cold months without heating. They are good at insignificant management like taking photos to keep a record, counting keys and number of teaspoons in the apartment. We’ve also always paid our rent on autopay to hamptons and the landlord voiced out that he didn’t receive the rent very late so I believe the Hamptons delayed the payment. On top of that, our landlord expressed that Hamptons severely overcharges him for sending people over who never managed to solve the issues. Whenever we have questions about the property, they can’t answer because they don’t know. We’ve always wondered what their job was if they couldn’t help with anything. So disappointing, please be warned. AVOID or you’ll waste a lot of time and money.
8th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.- 13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Excellent service from Ellie Bowers. Professional, dedicated, and a real understanding of her customers' needs. I heartily recommend Ellie for any future property search - she really is a jewel in Dexters crown.

I have used Kenton for over 7years and just realised today I could leave a review which I am delighted to do because all I have received from this team is excellent services. I want to particularly thank Sue and Masie who always go over and above to manage our property. Even though we have never met because we live so far away, they are so polite and efficient over the phone. Nothing is ever too much to ask. Keep it up guys and God bless.
9th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)Would give 0 stars. Easily the worst letting agents in Reading. They’ll never fix the problems and the basic requirements from you. Whatever you report goes into deaf ears. We’ve been reporting about faulty blinds , leaking bathroom and lots of sharp nails from beneath the carpets for more than 6 months with no one turning up even once. Stay away even if the property looks cool.

From the moment we met Emma we knew we were in good hands.<br>We would highly recommend John Bray & Sons for anyone wanting to move to the area or a change of scenery. Could not give praise enough.
12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

10th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Applied for a property in hove, i have never got any communication after my application, no emails confirming my application was put forward to the landlord, and to find out from Rightmove that i haven't got the property is unacceptable. as an agent myself i know communication is vital in this business and its simply not good enough.
8th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Right from the first meeting Kimberley and her team were open, honest and transparent in all our dealings. In a difficult market we were having 2-3 viewings a week- all of which were undertaken by Beresfords staff. They answered emails promptly and were very welcoming when we popped into the branch for updates. This is the first time we have used an estate agent in 40 years and the experience has been good and when 'challenges' have come along the team have been very helpful and kept us in the loop.

My only feedback would be regarding the website, as I personally find it quite difficult to navigate and a little unclear in places. It can sometimes feel a bit all over the place when trying to find particular information. I think a slightly simpler and more organised layout would make such a difference and make the overall experience much easier for potential tenants/buyers. Just some friendly constructive feedback as everything else seems great :)

Lily explained the tenancy process clearly and sent over a list of the documents I would need in advance. It meant I could prepare everything before travelling instead of trying to sort it out after I landed.
