Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. I can’t thank everyone at Brown&Merry Tring enough for taking property matters to the next level.

We’ve really enjoyed our year in the flat and appreciated all her help throughout. Would definitely recommend!

23rd May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Incredible service from Aston White from start to finish. Martin was great. Very professional, with excellent communication and most importantly, they knew how to attract the right serious buyers. They handled the viewings, kept us informed, and were very knowledgeable about the local market. A lot of estate agents are more like “marketing” companies and lack the personal touch. Aston White feels more like a professional consultancy, which is what makes them different. If you are looking to sell or buy a property in Billericay, I would suggest speaking with Aston White first. We tried a local estate agent before, and you couldn’t even compare the two.

Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. Thanks again and I would highly recommend this estate agents for both selling and buying

The team had a great insight into the area and local market, clearly demonstrating their years of experience. I would highly recommend anyone to go with them, and have done so already to several of our friends and colleagues.

25th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Although my husband and I sold through MG Towcester and bought through MG Newport Pagnell, I need to give a special mention to Harry who used to work at the Newport Pagnell office but now is at MK. Harry is quite simply excellent and extremely communicative. We had our eye on a particular house for a very long time but were unable to put an offer in due to having listed with a rubbish estate agent for about 5 months before we switched to MG. Harry kept in contact and gave us updates about the house we loved. Once we were in a position to put in an offer he negotiated extremely hard considering the sellers were quite set, however he pulled it off and we’re now sitting in our beautiful new home ??????<br><br>?????????? for Harry!!

Communication was always excellent with Andrew. When we moved out, Panikos made sure we had a smooth transition and the deposit was returned to us immediately.
