She really was superb, highly efficient, up to date with recent legislation, helpful with advise and trustworthy. I have employed a number of letting agents in the past , she was in a different class.

The service was personal, friendly and professional throughout, and we always felt very well looked after.<br><br>A special mention must go to Edward Tory, whose communication was absolutely outstanding. He kept us informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond and made the whole process feel so much easier and less stressful.<br><br>It was a genuinely excellent and very personal service from start to finish. We are delighted with our new home and would thoroughly recommend Edward and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

16th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Very polite and understanding.- 9th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

Harry strived to achieve the best purchase price possible for us. Special mention to Matthew as well who photographed our house and helped us with the process. All at Parkers, Reading have provided an amazing service to make our sale as painless as possible.

He provided a realistic valuation, provide a swift marketing service, having gone live on Monday, with two viewings within 24 hours and several scheduled for that week, both initial viewings yielded offers, one of which was at the full asking price. Property sold subject to contract as at 30 May 2026 I would highly recommend Charlton Grace, Mark has provided a bespoke/specialised service with clear communication and professionalism all at a very competitive agency rate, excellent job to date. After making an offer that was accepted, Matt was instrumental in liaising with the property owner for access to the property before completion in order to complete renovation works. He communicated well, responded to requests in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble. And he answered his phone when I rang. We moved in on July 29th and couldn't have done it without his help.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Knight Frank in Henley if you're buying or selling property in this area.

He secured the buyer and then stayed closely involved through the whole process, coordinating with all parties and keeping things moving through to exchange.<br><br>He was responsive, practical and good at chasing things down when needed. It made a real difference having someone keeping on top of the various parties involved and helping get the sale over the line.<br><br>Very pleased with the service and would happily recommend Stuart.

17th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)I chose Grafton Estate Agents because Tariq really took the time to get to know me, set realistic expectations about the sale price/timeline and made me feel confident that I would be well looked-after, with a personal touch - this all turned out to be true! Tariq, Fraser and Abby were all really personable, respectful, efficient and good communicators. I was always kept up-to-date with what was happening with my sale, and any queries were dealt with promptly. They managed to find good buyers for my house within a few weeks of it going to market, and within the price range they anticipated, so I was really pleased. The whole process went very smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you, Tariq, Fraser and Abby!

What started out being a somewhat stressful situation became a pleasant one. It was a pleasure working with him and I would happily work with him again.<br>Marc Ashbey
