14th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)We have recently sold our mother’s house. Of the three agents shortlisted, we chose Ballards due to high street presence and their enthusiasm and approach. This included Ryan who is dedicated to progressing the sale through to completion.<br><br>We agreed the particulars quickly, had viewings booked within a day and an immediate offer of the asking price. We used Conway solicitors (introduced by Ballards). The entire process was faultless and very fast as the buyers were keen to move quickly.<br><br>We completed on the sale less than 6 weeks after the house going on the market. Thank you to Ryan, Harry and the team at Ballards for ensuring a successful outcome for both parties.

10th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We had a very positive experience with Wrights Estate Agents throughout the purchase of our property in Hatfield.<br><br>From the initial offer and acceptance through to exchange and completion, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. The team were friendly, approachable, reliable and easy to communicate with, and they were always accessible whenever we needed assistance or clarification.<br><br>A special thank you to James and Greg, our sales consultant, who was extremely helpful, professional and supportive throughout the process. Communication and follow-up made the transaction much easier and gave us confidence that things were progressing as they should.<br><br>We particularly appreciated the team's regular follow-ups and proactive communication. They were always willing to help and kept the process moving, which made what can otherwise be a stressful property transaction considerably more manageable.<br><br>The only minor area where I felt there could have been an improvement was at the point of completion. Although we were provided with the keys, it would have been even better if a member of the team had accompanied us to the property and walked us through the house. That said, this is a relatively small point and does not take away from the excellent service we received overall.<br><br>Wrights Estate Agents are a professional, reliable and approachable team, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Hatfield.<br><br>Thank you once again to James and the entire Wrights Estate Agents team for your help and support throughout our purchase.

We initially had two other agents over as well, but for us, Tim certainly shone through as the person we’d want meeting potential buyers.<br><br>He’s very friendly, humorous and extremely knowledgeable. He turned up having already done a lot of research on comparable properties, and was professional, well-prepared and really engaging to talk to.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, Tim always kept us in the loop with updates and made everything straightforward. The property sold within just two days, with two offers on the table, and the whole sale completed within 10 weeks!<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better service and would happily recommend Tim and Bushnell Porter to anyone looking to sell in the area.<br><br>Thank you once again!

The second sale was slightly more difficult but a good result was achieved.<br><br>Throughout these processes Hound & Porter kept strictly within professional boundaries, but pushed hard on our behalf.<br><br>We would not hesitate to use them again !

Communication was excellent throughout, and being able to chat via WhatsApp made everything so easy and meant I was always kept up to date. Nicole was brilliant from start to finish—patient, accommodating, calm and responsive and always happy to answer my questions, making what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. I’ll strangely miss checking in with the team! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

I received an offer within three days of the property being marketed and Mohammed helped me through every step of the process, from arranging clearance and cleaning through to completion. Friendly and efficient he was he was always happy to advise and go out of his way to help in whatever way he could. I can't praise Your Move enough.
