Having that person who connects the people and Solicitors in the chain, making sure everybody responds quickly is vital to making the sale process run smoothly. He answered all our questions, kept us updated throughout and helped throughout the entire compliance process. He has made the whole experience smooth and straightforward.<br><br>In general our experience with this agency has been highly positive with a team full of friendly and helpful people from Jemma who helped with the viewing and Shiv who met with us in office on a Saturday to take down our information and help us find a rental property despite working in sales. As well as Lucy who helped organize the referencing and paperwork for us.

We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. Also, we must mention Julia, who too is very prompt and with a positive attitude, ready to sort necessary things out! Well done Ladies for examplar service and thank you very much for your support!

Adam was patient, understanding and truly did his absolute best to get me over the finishing line in a timeframe that would work for me.<br>Adam is a fantastic and a driven individual which was a pleasure to work and collaborate with. I would reccomend him anytime!

He took the time to understand our requirements, stayed committed throughout the search, and helped us find the perfect property. Paula was extremely knowledgeable, professional and supportive throughout and made the sale of my property very straightforward. There was a bespoke sales approach and a thorough process which was reassuring and successful. If you are selling in the area you need Find and Country.

No false valuations to gain the business/fee, just sensible and practical assistance through the whole process.<br>I would thoroughly recommend Martin & Co, particularly Mandy Rogan that I had direct dealings with. She was extremely professional ands worked hard to keep processes moving. In some previous Sale Agent experiences I have been left wondering which side the Agent is working for, but Mandy was very balanced throughout the whole sale.<br>Thoroughly recommend Martin & Co….

They react to issues quickly, they give valuable advice and their experience shows all too clearly.<br>The same goes for the Sales Team. Sam, Gill and the team also have a wealth of experience. They were always at the end of the 'phone for queries big or small. I always felt reassured after speaking to them.<br>I highly recommend Paul Meakin.

As first time buyers everything seems stressful and scary, Sarah has done everything in her power to make it as calm and easy as possible, even with our persistent emails??????. From start to finish we have felt seen and looked out for by this amazing team and couldn’t recommend them high enough for anyone buying or selling.
