28th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Fisk Estate Agents at Benfleet ,highly enough. After 2 other estate agents failed to sell my property, Ryan the manager took over and everything changed. Nicola, Emma and Ryan were brilliant as a team. They communicated properly, kept me updated at every step, and made the whole process stress-free. Unlike my previous experiences where I heard nothing, Fisk were on it from day one. Thank you Nicola, Emma and Ryan for getting it sold.

He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. Highly recommended.
3rd Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I handed in our notice and ended up having to take the matter to court because of the overpaid rent and deposit. The whole process took around six months, and there’s still money outstanding.<br><br>At this point, I can’t be bothered spending more money on bailiffs to try and recover it. I’d rather focus on enjoying my new home and move on with my life.

10th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

She was fast-moving, proactive and agile throughout the process, and we always felt she understood exactly what we wanted to achieve. We felt very aligned from the outset and are really pleased we chose to list our property with the Ampthill branch.

17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

The entire team have been incredibly supportive and proactive throughout the entire process, especially when encountering unexpected difficulties along the way. Their knowledge of the local market has been invaluable, as has their professional yet extremely friendly advice. We would recommend them without hesitation.

As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.
