28th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I cannot recommend Fisk Estate Agents at Benfleet ,highly enough. After 2 other estate agents failed to sell my property, Ryan the manager took over and everything changed. Nicola, Emma and Ryan were brilliant as a team. They communicated properly, kept me updated at every step, and made the whole process stress-free. Unlike my previous experiences where I heard nothing, Fisk were on it from day one. Thank you Nicola, Emma and Ryan for getting it sold.

Having worked with some of the big firms [and been left pretty disappointed with the service], Andrew can only be described as a superstar. The way he supported me, the buyer and solicitors show's he one of the best in the game. You really get a completely different level of service from an owner manager business than the bigger agents. She was patient with us, supported us to identify right property for our need. Communication was superb. It’s was a pleasure to work with Tiarnae. I highly recommend.
27th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I would certainly recommend Dabora Conway, both as a property letting agent and a property sales agent. While renting out my brothers property, they handled tenants, housing association, local council, utility providers and liaised with maintenance contractors without fuss, promptly and efficiently. When my brother passed, and we had to sell the property, the sales team marketed and sold the property quickly, and then assisted with the conveyance with the same efficiency.<br>Use these guys. They are good.

22nd Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

It took sometime to find the right property to move to but she always said there was no rush the move had to be right for me before I made the final decisions. I felt she wanted me to make the right decision for me without any pressure from her. Thank you

Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.
