22nd Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Hello everyone I’m just about to share some details about this company that I was going through. if anyone buying house or flat from them do not trust them. Get a written about chain free. If they let you down yu can take an action and re cover your money. Cos they let me down. Also I have lost Lawer money that I paid and mortgage broker money all together around £3k just cos of them. they said it’s chai free owner will move out immediately when I’m ready to complete. It’s been 6 month now still not they not ready and now my mortgage expired and I couldn’t compilation. Also worked always on leave no one pick up call hardly they pick up call. I being calling them for last few week no answer most of the time Adrian she pick up call something when she’s in office other wise they call on holidays I don’t how how they run this business with all this issues you will hardly find them on call I never know business can be run like that amazing So people be care with them think twice before yu get in deal with them I have made a big mistake so I don’t anyone also go through this<br>Waste company I have deal with in my life

Communication was clear, the marketing was effective, and every step felt well managed. 24th May 2023 (3 years ago)Very poor level of service from day one until departure. Failed to look after our best interests as customers paying rent and basically had to deal with poor customer service throughout. Approach with extreme caution.

31st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Outstanding experience and a delight to have dealt with from start to finish.<br><br>Everyone in the team, in particular Vicky, was extremely friendly, polite (and patient with us!) and they went above and beyond to help us secure our dream home in Coggeshall.<br><br>It was a complicated process buying a Grade II house with lots of unexpected moments but Heritage held our hand through the whole process and we couldn't be more impressed.<br>If we ever do sell the house... we wouldn't consider anyone else. Thoroughly recommended!

Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

Our sale was not without problems and they went the extra mile to help solve these problems. Aaron, in particular deserves a mention, he monitored the sale daily and kept an eye on the progress and any problems that arose, so he was on them immediately.
