From the initial viewings right through to signing the tenancy agreement and collecting the keys, the service was seamless, professional, and incredibly supportive. Communication was excellent at every stage, making what can usually be a stressful process feel entirely manageable and straightforward. Adam was so very kind to my frail, old Dad who was giving up living independently after losing his wife, and was also unwaveringly supportive of me despite my lack of understanding about the way real estate sales work in the UK.<br>Adam did what he promised and helped me sell my elderly father’s large flat in Hove promptly, with as little stress as possible, for the price we had hoped for. And he accomplished this for me transatlantically as I live in Canada. His recommended solicitor, Helen Rowe of DMH Stallard, was equally excellent. I would recommend this team to anyone! I am beyond grateful for their assistance at this most challenging time.
5th Feb 2026 (23 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

The team found a lovely local couple to purchase our cherished home and they worked relentlessly in the background chasing up the whole chain so we had the latest information available. Andy would always be available even out of hours. Would highly recommend this estate, they kept me positive about selling my property as they really understand the local market. They are independent, not part of a corporate chain and you really get a personal service. Five star service. Thank you guys
