3rd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Excellent estate agent.<br><br>They have recently sold my house in Shirley Park and I also brought my new home in Old Coulsdon. I can not fault them. I was lucky to find a buyer very quickly but as usual the buying process was slow, but all the way through Craig would regularly check in with me on both the purchase and sale.<br><br>I found everybody that worked there to be first class and very helpful.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them.<br><br>Thanks Craig and Lee, looking forward to having you back for a valuation once I’ve done all my planned works

We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. Also, we must mention Julia, who too is very prompt and with a positive attitude, ready to sort necessary things out! Well done Ladies for examplar service and thank you very much for your support!

They have provided an excellent service to me as a landlord and to our tenants. Have no hesitation in recommending this agency.

I have to say over the course of the year we had a very supportive agency especially Angela who always supported us whenever we had any queries. Highly recommended if you are looking to rent in the area.

Our Solicitors were so unhelpful and rubbish at communication so we went to Callum for help and updates on what was going on. He was so patient and helpful and did his best to move things on which isn't easy when you have two solicitors not communicating! Me and my Sister are very grateful to him.
23rd Jun 2026 (23 days ago)So far our letting experience with Martin & Co has been overwhelmingly positive.<br>We are moving in in September but every step up to this process has been so smooth and easy.<br>Finding a house was so easy thanks to Dean. Our first viewing we booked we weren’t too kean and he immediately suggested us new properties they had in accordance to our wishes. He then showed us round a lovely house we are now moving into. Very clean and well kept and great location.<br>Any further questions we have had Dean, Kirsty, Beata, & Ellie have done their best to answer and guided us through this process. We can’t thank them enough.<br>We are very excited to move in soon!

I met with 5/6 different estate agents when we decided to sell our home and Jo stood out from everyone else. She is friendly, kind, empathetic and filled me with confidence. She gave us realistic expectations and delivered on everything she promised. I recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their home and one person has already been in contact. The whole entire process was explained and her communication throughout was 100% 5*. I wish her and the team all the very best and continue with the way you work because you are all excellent. Nothing was ever to much trouble and every question I asked, they answered. We felt in safe hands. Thank you. We are now in our dream home, all because Jo and her team pulled it all together and put us in the strongest position when we placed our offer so thank you.

They kept me updated throughout the process and were a good link for direct contact with the buyer. Their prices were also very competitive. I would recommend them and be happy to use them again.

From start to finish, he provided an exceptionally professional, thorough, and personalised service, guiding us through what was far from a straightforward sale.<br><br>Our property in Purley came with a number of complex historical boundary issues, multiple stakeholders, and differing views and interests that could easily have derailed the process. Throughout, Dan remained calm, knowledgeable, understanding, and incredibly supportive.
