Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

We rented our first home through Capital Homes, and we rented our current one through them as well; we are very satisfied. They have always been incredibly helpful to us in every regard. Benga, in particular, assisted us with everything; throughout the entire rental process, she answered every email we sent and addressed every question we had. She kept us informed about everything. Thank you so much for everything, Capital Homes and Benga. Quality is no accident.

29th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.

They have provided an excellent service to me as a landlord and to our tenants. Have no hesitation in recommending this agency.

Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

2nd Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)The communication with Haart was good. The offer was less than I wanted though. Another agency also gave a higher valuation, the same as Haart did. However, I accepted the offer on Haart's recommendation, as the buyer is a first-time buyer with no chain and houses had gone down in price in the area.

Unfortunately we didn’t secure a sale but I honestly don’t believe this was because of the estate agents, just bad timing. Would I use Kent’s again? Yes I would!

19th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Wards at Gravesend have been proactive and very enthusiastic in marketing my property with a particular shoutout to Adam but also to other team members on the viewings and marketing team. Adam stayed in contact constantly by phone and provided updates and has been the real fee earner for Wards so far. The sale process is still ongoing so I cannot provide a full review of the rest of the process. One thing to note is emails go unanswered so it’s best to call. And if you get the call centre don’t wait for a callback which might not come just call again later.

Although we weren’t their direct clients, they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>We’ve dealt with several estate agents during our house search, and none came close to the level of service we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you all for making our first home purchase such a positive experience!

Cut a significant portion of my deposit for small things such as a single strand of hair on the kitchen floor. Nobody here take accountability and they will instead always have a snarky comeback for you. Lease with anyone but The Home Agency!

2nd Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)A brilliant experience with Waymark Wantage. Our conveyancer was dreadful and made the whole buying journey very stressful. I'm convinced if it wasn't for Waymark - and in particular Yas Sutcliffe - our home purchase would not have been possible.
