The process of selling our flat and buying our new property was as smooth as could be.<br><br>From the initial viewing to putting our place on the market, arranging viewings and advising us on the best way forward, we felt completely reassured by the team’s professionalism.<br><br>You can tell they are an independent agency because Nathan and Oliver take extra care with their clients. Both have a deep knowledge of the current market, are incredibly responsive and put us in a strong position to manage both our sale and purchase simultaneously.
21st May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Adam was helpful and gentle with my aging mother. They wanted quicker viewing dates from her but she couldn't manage to give dates right when they asked. They did line up viewings to suit her needs and came to accompany the viewers.

Sara had a lot of patience and gave a lot of attention to detail when taking me through the viewings. She had a good understanding of exactly what I wanted as a customer and worked alongside me to find a suitable place to live. Sara and Janene were also very helpful throughout the rest of the buying process. Janene worked hard during the sales progression and was very good at keeping me updated and well informed. They were both very helpful, attentive and supportive. Great customer service, I highly recommend.

She's warm, friendly, kind and always a pleasure to speak to. She kept us in the loop at every stage and was incredibly supportive which made what can be a stressful process feel so much easier. We’re so grateful for all her help and would absolutely recommend her!
4th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.

Very attentive and available with any concerns I had during the process of completing forms, arranging viewings, etc. A genuine personable experience. 5th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Agents under valued our property- we ended up going elsewhere and managed to get 80K more than this agency wanted to put it onto the market for. To me, the agent didnt really seem to know what they were talking about. Owner seems more interested in opening new shops then helping with current clients and wasnt very attentive whilst showing him around. Would not recommend unfortunately.

11th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I cannot recommend Connor and WHO Property highly enough.<br><br>Connor saw us through a really tricky conveyancing situation through to purchase, despite several issues within the chain. He was incredible throughout, proactive, always responsive and ensured we understood what was happening further up the chain at all times. He made sure to understand the blockers from all angles and was able to give helpful advice whenever needed. I can honestly say that the sale would not have gone through without Connor’s help in keeping things moving. In particular I really valued great communications, remaining kind, patient and reassuring throughout (whilst being honest about challenges) and maintaining real integrity with his support.<br><br>I would recommend WHO to anyone selling or buying - the quality of service and support has been absolutely second to none.
