Amy was absolutely amazing — she guided us through every step, always kept us updated, responded quickly, and made us feel supported whenever we needed help. Her professionalism, patience, and positive attitude made a very stressful process much easier.<br><br>We would also like to give a special thank you to Jamie, our mortgage advisor. We are first time buyers and we fell in love with a home in the area, of which Izzy was showing and from the get go she was brilliant. She made the process feel so easy and has been so attentive throughout. We had a really smooth experience overall and Izzy definitely helped keep us calm, answered all our questions (however silly they were), always kept us updated with the movements of the sale as well as being a really pleasant person to work with. Highly recommend!

Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.
