I am very glad to have moved back here, thanks to very helpful staff, in particular Simon and Owen who have always been ready to handle my queries. I am very grateful that their readiness to assist and dispel doubts enabled my decision to reside in this vibrant cosmopolitan and friendly place which retains its historical background with pride.

We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!

He was knowledgeable about the property, answered all my questions clearly, and was honest and professional. He was also friendly, helpful, and never made me feel under any pressure. 3rd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)After multiple formal requests, this letting agency has failed to provide basic documentation including rental contracts, deposit protection details, and rental account statements. They have repeatedly ignored our requests for information, and, as new owners, we do not have a legal management contract in place with them. There has been a consistent lack of transparency around rent collection and tenant agreements. We would not recommend them as a letting agent and everyone should avoid them.

She made the whole experience seamless, and her dedication reflects exceptionally well on the company.

2nd Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Excellent service from start to finish. We switched to Fox and Sons after 6 weeks of very little interest and had a buyer the first day. Aaron kept in touch and was proactive throughout. House selling is stressful but they made it as smooth as possible.

Unfortunately we didn’t secure a sale but I honestly don’t believe this was because of the estate agents, just bad timing. Would I use Kent’s again? Yes I would!

29th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)It’s not always about the numbers. We spent some time talking to a number of agents and viewed a lot of properties before we were ready to put ours on the market. I felt the team at Putterills knew their clients very well and understood what both vendors and purchasers were looking for.<br><br>I had great confidence that the team knew a number of their clients would be extremely interested in our home. We decided to test the price that we wished to achieve off-market to avoid the repercussions of pricing too high and reducing very visibly later.<br><br>The whole team were involved in the sale such that they all knew what our home had to offer a family and could have detailed conversations with prospective purchasers.<br><br>The off-market approach worked very well. Viewings took place over one weekend and we agreed a sale on the following Tuesday. Even without multiple viewings and offers we were able to know that the purchase would go through as we were so welled matched by Putterills.
