From the very beginning, it was clear that she truly cared about finding the right property for my family and me. She was always early, incredibly attentive, patient, and happy to answer our endless questions.<br><br>She showed us numerous properties and made the whole experience so enjoyable. What really stood out was how genuine she was. We never felt pressured, and it always felt like she had our best interests at heart.<br><br>Liyah is an absolute credit to her team, and I have no doubt she'll go far in her career!<br><br>Selling Sunset, Streatham edition! ????????????
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I can’t recommend Tyler Millard and the team at Winkworth Streatham highly enough.<br><br>My flat went on the market in July 2025, and what became a much longer and more complicated selling journey than expected was made far easier by Tyler. I had three separate buyers, with onward-chain complications causing delays and lost sales, but throughout it all Tyler was absolutely brilliant.<br><br>His communication was consistently excellent. He kept me informed at every stage, was conscientious and punctual, and worked proactively to find new buyers whenever things didn’t go to plan. This was especially valuable when I found properties I wanted to offer on myself, as Tyler and the team worked hard to keep everything moving.<br><br>What really sets Tyler apart is his approach. He’s personable, enthusiastic, easy to talk to and has gumption. He understood my property, the buyers it would appeal to and what I was looking for in my onward purchase. When showing me properties, he listened carefully and never wasted my time.<br><br>Despite the length of the process, Tyler made what could have been a stressful experience feel surprisingly enjoyable. He combines professionalism and determination with a genuinely friendly, human approach, which makes a real difference.<br><br>The whole team at Winkworth Streatham have been fantastic, and it’s been a pleasure working with them. I’ve been so impressed that I’ve already recommended Tyler and Winkworth to friends selling in Streatham.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and puts in the effort to get things done, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tyler and the team. She made the whole experience feel much easier from day one, always taking the time to listen, understand what we needed, and respond quickly whenever we had a question. Robbie was incredibly proactive and went out of her way to make things happen, from organising viewings around our availability to sharing advice and guidance that was genuinely useful throughout the process. We always felt kept in the loop and supported, and her friendly, reassuring approach made a real difference. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home, and we really couldn’t have asked for better support.

I didn't find what I was looking for but anytime there was something I might be interested in he would liaise with me. Thank you again Harrison and the team. She was always happy to assist, kept me updated and consistently got in touch whenever a suitable property became available. I really appreciated her help and time taken to assist me.

Shaz was fantastic from beginning to end in the process.<br><br>He was proactive in communicating any issues or where myself of the seller needed to chase our solicitors. As well as providing advice through the entire process.<br><br>Brooks, and in particular Shaz, were the best part of the buying process and we would not have exchanged and completed at the speed at which we did without his work. Again could not recommend these Estate Agents more.

Neha Khanna were extremely helpful in finding me a furnished apartment to rent in the short term. Neha showed me the property via video call and handled the entire process, including the agreement, payment and communication with the landlord, in just three to four days, ensuring that we had somewhere to stay when we arrived.<br><br>She is an exceptional professional who didn't just act like a salaried employee, but rather like a dedicated homeowner fully committed to securing the rental. She managed the entire process with speed and reliability. My sincere thanks go to her once again.

They helped us sell our flat, and the service we received from start to finish was exceptional.<br><br>Having had a disappointing experience with our previous estate agent working with Butlers was a breath of fresh air.<br><br>From day one, they were proactive, responsive and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome. They kept us regularly updated, stayed in touch without us having to chase, and openly discussed different strategies and options with us throughout the process. We always felt informed and supported, but never pressured into making any decisions.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Liam, who led our sale and has been absolutely outstanding.
