11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Therondo was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the whole process of renting our flat. I called Stirling Ackroyd in Brixton on her behalf and Lee was able to get a valuation booked in and arranged with her tenants within 15 minutes! Super efficient.

She was also completely professional. The team also helped to find out tenants and completed necessary paper work very quickly, which was also helpful. This agency is friendly, responsible and informative to handle customers’ needs.

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Jonathan Daykin at Foxtons Putney hounded me for days when my tenants left to relet my flat. I pushed back saying Foxtons commission was too high. When I eventually said I would not continue with them, Foxtons reassigned my utility bills against my knowledge and without informing m, to a company who have proceeded to cut my supply to electricity and gas. I have been asking for assistance from the Foxtons Putney office who have been letting my flat for the last 5 years, they do not return my calls or emails. Foxtons have blocked Ovo from transferring my supply to Octopus Energy and even though it’s their mess, if they don’t see a financial incentive, they are not interested! So shoddy and it proves they are only interested in your money and not providing a good customer service.- 4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Elizabeth was really helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything easy for me and was always quick to reply whenever I had any questions. She was very kind, professional, and supportive, and I really appreciate everything she did to help me. Buying property is always stressful and ends up taking longer than anyone expects, but Rebecca was incredibly helpful through the process, provided great advice, I think did an excellent job of looking out for our interests, and was without a doubt the most responsive agent with whom I have ever worked. Rebecca was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I could not recommend her highly enough.

Now they have sent me through a video via WhatsApp (after asking to be unsubscribed via the website when we found a place), and it still doesn’t meet the requirements I gave them.
