20th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)The initial agent was very efficient but told me the higher price to get me on board then kept asking me to drop the price. Once I signed up they left me with trainees/inexperienced agents that couldn’t even answer questions the potential buyers had. I ended up moving to Highcastle Estates instead as they were far more committed to the process and in the end I sold it for more than Keatons final suggestion (but less than there initial valuation) Proceed with Caution
11th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.

Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!
