7th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)We recently had the good fortune to purchase a property in Biggin Hill that was being marketed by Ibbot moseley. We were fortunate to be assisted by Tara and Ian , the process threw up a good few challenges on both sides . Through all the information we found Tara to be ahead of the game every step of the way, she made sense of all the info and always had the right options for us to continue moving forward. Both my wife and myself would very much like to thank Tara for every phone call she made which made the process understandable and therefore calm . We would not hesitate to recommend this company if you are selling or buying, truely a first class outfit from top to bottom. Thank you all so much. Adrian x Barbara.
16th Jul 2019 (6 years ago)They informed us about a change in our move-in date less than 12 hours before the original date of the move. The new date was pushed by two weeks. Therefore, as we had already switched all utilities to the new apartment, we had to survive without utilities in the old apartment for two weeks. Moreover, the estate agent we were in contact with was behaving in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way on the phone as we called him to explain the issues. He was shouting at us on the phone and blamed the situation on us, the clients. Furthermore, the agent did not inform us about other issues we faced regarding the move and when asked about it, he claimed to have been in contact with us regarding the problems, which was not true.
21st Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)Cherie at Langley Estate Agents has been great. We loved the photographs she organised to market our property, and she was great at contacting people after viewings which led to a quick offer. Great value for money too, I’d definitely recommend!

Any issues were managed quickly, fairly and with a rare level of kindness. Dealing with MS&P is like being in a world where estate agents are genuine caring people doing a great job, it’s been a pleasure.

2nd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We used Classic Lofts for our loft (and to reconfigure a bedroom and shower room into study and bathroom) in 2019. Whilst they weren't perfect (show me a builder which is!), the project only overran slightly, was done to a good standard and snagging was dealt with by Bernard snr very effectively and they put something right when asked. We have since used another company and have had a terrible experience, so thought I would leave a review having realised Classic were pretty good all in all.

19th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!!Barbara was acting as our letting agent, the property was handed back to us in a terrible state, furniture, walls and floors all damaged. We have had to fit a new bathroom, new flooring, buy new furniture and repaint the entire flat. During the course of the tenancy she didn’t allow us to visit the flat always making excuses as to why her sub tenants don’t want us there. She has refused to answer any of my calls and emails. She sent one email to say the company you had an agreement with as the ‘tenant ‘ has ceased operating and that was all. Do not hand your property to her if you are a Landlord as all she cares about is offering you a low guarantee rent and then placing anyone in the flat so she is in profit.

From the start Sophie was responsible and professional, which put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Savills and thank them for all their work in making my family's arrival as smooth as possible.

Special thanks to Hansa who was always available and responsive to our concerns throught our tenure. These guys would be my first point of contact if ever I had to rent within the locality again.

2nd Nov 2025 (21 weeks ago)I have found that I am not contacted for weeks. I have also had two viewing appointments arranged only for the first people not to turn up and the second arranged for a Friday and then I heard no more. I also had an appointment arranged for a viewing of a flat, but waited 40 minutes and he did not turn up.

2nd Mar 2026 (24 days ago)Worked with Adam Hardcastle on a very time-sensitive deal that needed to be completed within 3 days. Adam was brilliant, highly professional, proactive, and extremely competent throughout. He has a clear understanding of more complex strategies that many agents either don’t understand or avoid, such as Rent-to-Rent, Company Let Agreements, and HMOs ect More importantly, Adam went well beyond standard working and office hours, negotiating back and forth late into the night between multiple parties to ensure the deal got over the line. We work with a lot of people in property, and it’s individuals like Adam who actually make things happen. He’s a real asset to the company — this deal simply wouldn’t have completed without him.
