In particular, Mike Lurot has the attributes of a terrific agent with his market knowledge, customer service, strong interpersonal and technical skills. The result was a stress free and straightforward purchase. So Mike, thanks for that. Lurot Brand certainly live up to their well earned excellent reputation.
18th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)They were very helpful without being too pushy, they did find a couple of people that put offers in but unfortunately they both pulled out for different reasons, maybe they could have been a little more proactive.
25th Feb 2019 (7 years ago)I have tried to rent through them two years ago and they were useless. I thought to give them a second chance and still the same. Rude if you call the office, slow response or not response at all if you email enquiring a property.

Sue, Sarah and the team handled the issue quickly, graciously and with the utmost integrity. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.

She was even able to help with some incite into the condition of the Grade 2 listed property we were viewing. Highly recommended if you are searching for a new home.

They helped us find tenants really quickly, and when external circumstances meant things got complicated, they went above and beyond both in time and resource to help support us and find us the perfect solution as quickly as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent. They were responsive, available, logistically efficient, and good humoured. Any issues were managed quickly, fairly and with a rare level of kindness. Dealing with MS&P is like being in a world where estate agents are genuine caring people doing a great job, it’s been a pleasure.

He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.
