Will is very confident and competent, even in challenging market conditions. Acorn are not difficult to get a hold of via phone, and the back office team are efficient too. Highly recommend.
14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We just completed on a property purchase where Rampton Baseley (Balham) was involved. We had a really great experience with them and with Dean Steyn in particular - he helpfully showed me around quite a few houses before we found the perfect one for us! He was also kind enough to proactively reach out whenever something came on the market that he thought might be of interest, including off-market properties which was really helpful. They also made sure conveyancing went smoothly, it was a relatively quick and painless process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

6th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Would highly recommend Stanfords after selling our flat with them recently - we mostly dealt with Alex and Sean, and Robyn did an incredible job with the photos.<br><br>We had a number of agents over to value the flat and we chose Stanfords because they are a local, independent agent. Alex did the valuation and was approachable and honest, and gave us confidence that they would do a great job of selling the flat. We also liked his 'to market' approach, which was realistic, like his valuation.<br><br>The flat sold in it's first weekend and Alex and team made sure the sale progressed nicely throughout. They were communicative and always available as the sale progressed, and provided useful advice when our onward purchase plans changed. Thanks for all your help!

The whole team were incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive throughout, and always made me feel like I was in safe hands. They were responsive, professional and genuinely went the extra mile to make everything as smooth and stress free as possible, anything that needed fixing it was done immediately. 7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

29th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Cubitt & West Wallington have been absolutely amazing. After being disappointed with many other big names such as Barnard Marcus, I was very impressed by Cubbit & West. They listen to my needs and concerns when selling a property and made sure everything from pricing to marketing is in line with what I need. I love the fact that they update me very quickly on any viewings so I don't have to chase. Louis from their branch is absolutely amazing! He cares about his clients and gives them an amazing experience. I put my full trust in Louis and Cubitt & West to. If you're looking for an estate agents that are that care about their clients, are quick to update you and provide excellent guidance + transparency then I 100% recommend this branch.
19th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Disgusting estate agent. They stole part of our deposit in regards to professional cleaning job. We paid around £450 for a professional cleaning job (this was included in the contract) on the day of moving out, and they still took a large part of our deposit due to the cleaning being done before we moved out. Truepennys, feel free to deny this, because I know you will, but we will just attach another review with evidence. So I suggest you don’t even try it. But, they got part of it back to us, just under half the money! Amazing, thanks truepennys!!<br><br>Oh and by the way, Mariem and Valencia are some of the most useless, rude agents ever. In fact, she even shouted at us down the phone when we asked some simple questions.<br><br>All in all, DO NOT go with these estate agents. They are awful. Thanks :)

1st Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Landlords Beware, I was charged for a second year commission for the same tenants, this had not been made clear in the let only Terms of business instead it was put on a separate invoice in small writing at the bottom that a 6% charge will apply if the tenants stayed on, this is in contrast to the initial email I received from the director advising Let only fee will be paid once upfront. I was expecting to pay only £250 for a contract renewal instead I was charged £1680 for the second year. They are not transparent with their fees. They referred to additional assistance that had been provided during the tenancy. However, I did not request or agree to purchase any services beyond the Let Only instruction, and I was never informed that any assistance offered would later be relied upon as justification for the second-year commission such as rent increase or reconciliation of rent, this was undertaken voluntarily by them. This experience has highlighted the importance of transparency when landlords are entering into contracts.

I viewed a different property with them a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed I decided to sell with them. There is so much opacity and so many unrealistic expectations set in this industry so Expose’s approach is completely different to value realistically and to be transparent and reassuring with both buyer and seller throughout.<br><br>Wholly recommended. A genuinely realistic valuation, an actual marketing strategy, great communications pre and post accepting an offer, and real value add throughout the process. With particular thanks to Azra who was brilliant throughout.

From start to finish, Ariola was professional, friendly, and kept us informed every step of the way. She made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and was always available to answer our questions. Her communication, dedication, and attention to detail were excellent throughout. We really appreciate all of her hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ariola and the Barnard Marcus Tooting team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you again!- 19th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a poor experience with this agency. They booked us a viewing in Wandsworth, sending both a confirmation email and a reminder text on Saturday. Then, just 30 minutes before, they called to say it had been sent by mistake and the tenants wouldn't be home, after we'd already driven 40 minutes to get there. Not what you'd expect from a well-known agency.
