Total lack of communication, agent named Oliver is completely disorganised, shows up unannounced to the property, left it in a mess after dropping some plants we had and disnt even bother to clean. Needed to always chase for feedback and their only strategy to sell is to get you to keep dropping your price. Given my experience as a sellers I would definitely not recommend them at all.

Andy was professional, responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was always quick to respond to our questions, kept us well informed at every stage, and consistently went the extra mile to help move the transaction forward. Thanks to his dedication and persistence, we were able to successfully complete our purchase. It always felt like he truly cared about achieving the best outcome for us. It was a real pleasure working with Andy, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and committed estate agent.

More recently, I attended and contacted the branch directly to raise a concern and was disappointed with the response I received. He was incredibly responsive and always communicated clearly, walking me through every step so I never once felt confused or misled. He’s genuinely kind, great at his job, and made the experience so easy and reassuring. Thanks to his guidance, efforts, and expertise, we now have a brilliant new home that we can’t wait to move into, and he’s a big reason we were so drawn to it. We’re truly grateful for everything he did and would recommend him to absolutely everyone!

Helyn, the sales progressor, was superb, always completely on top of things, keeping the buyer moving and liaising efficiently with both solicitors to avoid delays. Her communication was clear and regular throughout, making the whole sale far smoother than it might otherwise have been. In property sales, that level of proactive follow-through makes all the difference

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I would like to thank Justine Davies of the Weybridge branch for her recent considerable help, professionalism, and courtesy at all times during a recent viewing. I was most impressed! I very much wanted to visit a delightful small house in the Weybridge (Oatlands) area which was of considerable interest to me even though I had only just put my own current property onto the market for sale. Justine attended promptly at the property and showed me everything about the property in detail, pointing out it's many very good points which were fairly considerable, then patiently explaining that it would be typically advantageous if my own property were already under offer in order to indicate to the vendors that I was in a realistic position to pursue the purchase of this property, given the vendor required as early a sale as was reasonable. I very much liked this property, and I duly submitted my formal offer for the property on the clear understanding and realistic advice from Justine that other offers may come in for this Weybridge property, but my offer would be held as pending until such time as the vendor accepts the most suitable offer, bearing in mind my own flat was not yet under offer itself. This advice was clearly realistic and therefore valuable to me for my learning curve in purchasing a property which I had not done during the last 13 years. In the event, the property I liked so much had just very recently received another offer which had been accepted by the vendor, but Justine had the decency and courtesy to tactfully keep me informed and let me know that this property was unfortunately no longer available for sale. I very much appreciated her very prompt and essential update. Justine also immediately advised me that details of other (hopefully suitable) properties will be sent to me when they become available, and very hopefully I will have an offer on my current property in the foreseeable future. I was a tenant in one of their properties many years ago and now constantly receive emails asking if I want to sell this property despite only being a tenant.
