From day 1 - knowledge of the market, understanding buyer psychology and pricing - they did everything and beyond to get viewings / offers and to make the whole process move when previously the property was on the market for 1 year and couldnt move. Throughout the process they held my hand, and were relentless and diligent in following up with the buyer and each sides lawyers and making sure they pushed the process to the end - up to agreeing dates, conditions, outstanding queries.
