Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. 29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m a tenant in a Brooks property and Aggie has been absolutely fantastic throughout the tenancy. We have just had to deal with a big leak and she was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and keeps you updated every step of the way, which makes a huge difference when any issues arise. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she has a real talent for coordinating things smoothly and getting stuff done without unnecessary stress or delays. I’ve felt very well looked after as a tenant and it’s made renting through Brooks a really positive experience.

Her communication was always clear and timely, and she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress?free.<br><br>Abigail is genuinely one of the best agents I’ve dealt with. She made everything feel easy, and her attention to detail and friendly approach made a huge difference. I couldn’t recommend her or Martin & Co Battersea Reach more highly.

After probate was granted, the sale progressed smoothly and quickly from start to finish. Miira undertook additional tasks for us such as vacant property insurance inspection visits which minimised our need to travel to the property. The sale completed within 4 months of going to market. Highly recommend!
