31st Jul 2026 (24 days ago)I have used this letting agency to let my property for the past 20 years, both C Wade and CJones for the first 19 years, I used their letting service, and this year I also chose their property management service.<br>Throughout the years, the service has always been professional and reliable. Chris has been my main point of contact for nearly 20 years and has always been knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. More recently, I've also dealt with Zuzanna and Bailey, who have both been polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. They always respond quickly to any questions or requests, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.<br>I really appreciate the excellent service I've received over the years and would happily recommend this agency to anyone looking for a professional and dependable letting agent.

We felt thoroughly supported and in very safe and professional hands . Their communication was excellent and we managed to sell and complete in 5 months . They really know the area and the market and highly recommend them if you are considering buying or selling in the local area .

He was very helpful and made the whole process smooth.<br><br>Jason has been incredibly helpful throughout my tenancy. He is always quick to respond to my emails and has been very reliable when dealing with documents, tenancy matters and any questions I had after moving in. When I had a few minor issues after moving in, he followed up promptly with the relevant contractor and made sure everything was resolved properly.<br><br>I would also like to mention Michael, who was very patient and helpful when I needed assistance with the online signing process through Goodlord. He took the time to guide me through the process and resolve the issue.<br><br>Overall, I have found the team at Tuckerman Residential to be professional, responsive, reliable and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend Tuckerman Residential.

24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

Everything they did to help us sell our house was calm, considered and professional, giving us the result we needed.<br><br>Hani and Elizabeth spent time with us explaining their valuation. They knew the local market extremely well and had a detailed understanding of the other properties in the area. They gave us a balanced comparison of the strengths and weaknesses of the competing properties and provided sound advice on the right pricing strategy.<br><br>I'm very glad we chose Coombe Residential. I knew we had made the right decision as soon as I saw the high-quality photographs and marketing materials they produced for our home.<br><br>The team were completely reliable when conducting viewings, and all the prospective buyers they brought through seemed genuine. They were always punctual and consistently provided constructive feedback after each viewing.<br><br>Once they found the right buyer, they guided the legal process and all the other details skilfully, making sure everything stayed on track.<br><br>A big thank you to Hani, Elizabeth, Louise and the whole team at Coombe Residential.
