7th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

They are knowledgeable, supportive, practical and genuinely enjoyable to deal with. We previously worked with Paul Graham and chose to several reasons, and once again they exceeded our expectations. On this occasion, they successfully sold our home and helped us secure our property, completing the entire process within just 2.5 months — even spanning the Christmas period. 9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)We purchased the property with Reeds Rains through modern auction with a exchange of contracts and a delayed completion. Reeds Rains were upto speed on my requests and saw the sale through on a timely basis. Due to this, once we had completed the refurbishment, we decided to re-sell through Reeds Rains on the open market. A buyer was found and price agreed above advertised price within a 2 week period. The sale has taken quite some time to complete due to the buyers slowing the process somewhat. Matthew at Reeds Rains has acted as go between, pushing the deal through. He has kept me in the loop on all aspects of the sale. Will I use R R again? Certainly, I'm just waiting for them to find me another cracking deal. Thank you guys.

We were fortunate to be assigned Mariam, she handled everything as if she were renting the home herself, not just facilitating it for us. She guided us at every step of the process with genuine care and professionalism. Even team members who weren’t directly handling our case, like Mikey and Salma, stepped in to offer guidance and support. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience.
