They then managed all parties exceptionally well throughout and achieved above the asking price. George and Lauren in particular were knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and the excellent advice they provide.
25th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

Both Sukh Uppal and David Baah are very professional and are quick to respond to my queries and requests. They led the process with minimal involvement required from myself but kept me informed throughout. When it came to decisions, they provided their honest opinions and suggested options according to my circumstance. They are easy to work with and I would recommend them. ***** Update ***** I’ve been with this team for a couple of years now and I’m really happy with their service. Everyone is easy to deal with and always ready to help. I’d especially like to thank Lauryn Peacock for her support with a recent maintenance issue. She spotted the problem early, found the right contractors, coordinated everything smoothly with the tenants, and made sure the repairs were properly completed. 10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!

From managing our rental property over nearly 3 years, as well as selling that property, we have felt supported all the way. Communication is excellent, and we always felt in safe hands. If you are looking to rent or sell your property in the area, I would highly recommend you use Hunters.
18th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)In the undeniably English way, I only leave reviews in extreme cases (and let’s be honest it’s usually in disappointment). But Adam at Daniel Adams Estate agents comes under the extremely rare category of excellent. I’m someone that has never sold a house before, and likes to over-research every tiny decision. The unbelievable amount of estate agents completely overwhelmed me, and I arranged an embarrassingly high amount to come and view our home. We met with a lot of very professional and nice enough people but after meeting with Adam it was an easy decision whom to trust with our big new chapter. Adam himself is warm, bubbly and so obviously passionate about his profession that it put me immediately at ease. He throughly explained everything and generously shared his vast knowledge as I plagued him with questions about the process. He is very calm, collected, didn’t oversell or put us under any pressure. He was honest and open about the current housing market, and realistic with pricing strategies. After we signed the contract (at a very reasonable rate), everything went so smoothly. Photographs were excellent, great video and drone footage on Instagram and viewings within a week. I didn’t like the idea of a lot of different agents in and out of my home, but Adam did every viewing, always accommodating the viewers and our time restraints. I trusted he would look after our home completely. He got us offers within a month, and sold at above asking in 6 weeks. After that the Daniel Adams office were phenomenal, recommendations of solicitors (who were also all excellent), surveys sorted so fast the agent we were buying with couldn’t believe it. I once rang Adam for some advice and he answered … whilst skiing! I told him off for working on holiday, but was so impressed by his professionalism and genuine care of his clients. Guy is a legend, don’t hesitate.

Aidan went out of his way to facilitate things, especially helping my mum who is 82, taking things round for her to sign, and visiting the property on a Sunday to make sure everything was in place.
