24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Horrible experience with this office. They sent an electrician (First Place Electrical Services Ltd) to check electricity (when we were out of country) at end tenancy. Electrician left heating/boiler on and we were away that entire month (December) so incurred a huge bill (we sent proof of usage when electrician went in flat vs normal usage, and tickets that we were out of country). Hamptons and the electrician ignored us; completely unprofessional and unethical. Will be reporting to authorities and Ombudsman. A shame as the service from Federica from this office to find another tenancy was excellent (and was checking in on this matter). Rest of the office had a "dont care / you cannot do anything about it" approach on our matter.
7th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward - Earlsfield

From the start, the pricing advice felt realistic and well judged, which helped attract the right buyers quickly. Viewings were handled well and we always got clear, honest feedback, so we knew where things stood. After accepting an offer, Rob, James and the team stayed on top of everything and kept the process moving. Communication was consistent and we never felt out of the loop. End result was a smooth sale, good outcome and a timeline that worked for our move abroad. Would definitely recommend them.

25th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

Although they specialize in lettings, they handled the sale of our property with absolute expertise and professionalism. From the initial valuation to the final exchange, the communication was seamless and transparent. They managed to secure a fantastic price and navigated the complexities of the closing process with ease. If you want an agent who is proactive, honest, and results-driven, look no further. We are so grateful for their hard work and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or let their property.

16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)Do not use this agent. I signed them up to be agents on my property and after 3 months they had only brought one person for a viewing. I switched agents. They tried to inform me they couldn’t take down the listing immediately from online portals which is a lie and then they dropped the price of the listing without even getting permission from me to do so. Avoid! If you ever want to be convinced of the dishonest nature of estate agents, this is it!

27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Bernardo was fantastic throughout the entire process. From viewing the flat to moving in, everything was completed within just a week, which is incredibly impressive. He handled a tight timeline really well and was proactive, responsive, and clear in his communication throughout. It was obvious he worked hard behind the scenes to get everything over the line quickly, while keeping me reassured at every stage. The whole experience felt seamless, which is rare when moving. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend him. He was also extremely professional throughout, and both landlords and tenants would be lucky to work with him.
10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!

21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.
16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)We cannot recommend Paris Brown highly enough! ?????? ? Honestly, she is just one of those people you feel lucky to have on your side!!!! She took the time to really understand what we needed & not just ticking boxes, but actually getting it, that made such a difference from the start and made us feel at ease. She's warm, empathetic, and genuinely cares. You never feel like just another tenancy to her. It felt like she was looking out for us the whole way through, and would go to bat for us whenever it was needed!!!!! The responsiveness alone sets her apart !!!! she replies so quickly, every time. No waiting around, no wondering if your message got lost. That kind of reliability sounds small but it makes the whole process so much less stressful for us. And the referencing! It's usually such a nightmare. But Paris had everything sorted so efficiently that we were done in under 90 minutes (world record). Genuinely. She was completely on it. If you get Paris, you're in great hands. She's the best, ever!

He instantly could feel what we loved about our property and hence what other potential buyers will be drawn to as well. I cannot recommend Daniel Adams enough, a really great local agent.

He was invariably patient and extremely helpful from viewing the property to signing the lease. He talked me through every step of the process, often letting me sit in the office so he was available if I needed any help. I highly recommend for his kindness, patience and understanding!

He was incredibly well-prepared and guided us through the viewing in a way that felt relaxed and unhurried. What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He has a naturally warm and personable manner that made the whole experience feel far more attentive than property viewings can sometimes be. He answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured. For someone early in their career, he carries himself with a professionalism and enthusiasm that you don't always see.
