When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.

They were then quick to market the property and found my current tenant very quickly. Pollyanna has been very polite and professional via phone calls and emails and I appreciate how patient Pollyanna has been when I have needed questions to be answered.
19th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)My experience with Latimer was alarming and left me feeling intimidated and unsafe. Communication was aggressive and hostile, and I was spoken to in a way I consider insulting, demeaning, and professionally unacceptable. The level of pressure and intimidation I experienced was so severe that I needed mental health support afterwards.<br><br>They attempted to keep my deposit using claims I dispute as untrue and unsupported by evidence. When I asked for everything to be handled properly through the formal deposit protection process (where the deposit is registered), they still obstructed and did not engage in a straightforward, evidence-based resolution. Instead, it felt like pressure and bargaining to make me accept deductions.<br><br>If you have paid rent in advance, be extremely cautious. Despite money already being paid, I was still told I “owed” the landlord. I was also given information about what I could and couldn’t do to escalate, and what “regulators say”, which did not match what I later found when checking official guidance myself — and it felt like this was being used to discourage formal escalation.<br><br>I escalated because this conduct cannot be ignored — they have to be dealt with through formal processes.<br><br>If you rent through Latimer, protect yourself: keep everything in writing, save every message, log every interaction, take dated photos/videos, keep inventories and receipts, and insist that any claim against your deposit is proven through the scheme’s formal dispute route. Based on my experience, the way this was handled fell far below what any tenant should have to tolerate.
31st Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Beyond incompetent: Complete lack of professional duty, rudeness, and a history of mismanagement.<br><br>If you are a leaseholder or flat owner considering Wallakers for block management, turn around and run. This company's level of negligence, unprofessionalism, and outright disrespect toward property owners is disgraceful.<br><br>As a flat owner, I had to deal with an active water leak ruining my ceiling. After sending clear, professional emails detailing my rights and the urgency of the situation, I was met with complete incompetence from Molly. Rather than taking ownership of a basic block management duty, Molly lacked the fundamental professional training required for her job, labeled factual and clear emails as "rude," and capped off a phone call by spitefully telling me that I "needed to have a look at myself." The level of childishness and deflection from someone tasked with managing people's homes is staggering.<br>Then there is Robert Heald. Robert previously breached my GDPR rights. When I submitted a formal request regarding this, he completely ignored it. The only reason he wasn't taken through full legal litigation at the time was because he knew I was experiencing the overwhelming grief of losing my second parent and simply did not have the emotional strength to battle him in court. To take advantage of a grieving leaseholder's vulnerability speaks volumes about the character of the management here.<br><br>This pattern of behavior is clearly top-down. Anyone considering doing business with Wallakers should look up Robert Heald's public RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Disciplinary Panel record. He has been formally hauled up before RICS disciplinary hearings following systemic mismanagement, failure of professional diligence, and making misleading/dishonest statements across multiple blocks of flats (including Sandown House and Cherwell Court—where he failed to even submit residents' flood insurance claims).<br><br>Wallakers is a firm that deflects blame, ignores statutory duties, mistreats leaseholders in vulnerable moments, and relies on staff who resort to personal insults when called out on their incompetence. Avoid at all costs.

After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.

6th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Having dealt with many estate agents over the last 6 months in an attempt to find the right property, it was a pleasure to find an agent who not only cared, but kept us permanently informed of the progress at every step. Even when we struggled trying to download various bank statements etc., they took the trouble to come to our property and spent 2 1/2 hours downloading documents for us. We were in constant contact with Sam Jamani and Matthew at the Worcestet Park branch. We would definitely recommend them to any landlord looking for an agent to act for them.

We had a few people value the property, and Steve won us over instantly - no hard sales pitch, just a realistic and personable approach to finding the right buyer for our property. He was communicative, prompt with responses and just generally lovely to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend him!

We found the agency’s conduct throughout the transaction to be deeply unprofessional. Key information was withheld, communication was evasive, and there appeared to be no regard for transparency or ethical standards. Rather than acting as honest brokers, they consistently acted in ways that undermined trust and fairness. We are now dealing with the legal and financial consequences of this experience — and I would strongly advise others to be extremely wary.

Having always rented, I would say Grays have definitely been the most personable agents of all of them.
