12th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I had an amazing experience with Aspire when I sold my property with them recently. Eliza looked after my sale and introduced only a few properly vetted buyers. Aspire found a full price buyer in less than two weeks, and the sale went extremely smoothly. I highly recommend this estate agent.
18th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I do not recommend it. We lived in the Newlands Park property that they manage in London for 5 years. The owner invests 0 in the property. During the winter, the toilet gets a lot of mould due to the humidity. We always asked them to fix it, and they never did; we fixed it ourselves, as both my husband and I have respiratory issues. They were always very, very slow to respond to issues we had with the property; we had to chase them all the time. In fact, during our last month in the property, a water pipe that always been damaged broke again because the person the send to fix it only puts tape, and doesn't fix it properly By the 3rd year, they wanted to increase the rent, and you’d think, yes, that’s fair, but again, the landlord never wanted to reinvest in the property, even though it clearly needed a decent investment. We were very reluctant to allow them to increase the rent, as the property NEEDS a lot of repairs. No double glazing, so the property is not energy efficient. The cellar has mould, so anything you put in there gets ruined by it. The wood in the kitchen window and the bath is rotten, never got fixed During our last year (2025), in May, THEY LIED and told us the owner wanted to sell the property; we were thinking of leaving the country anyway, so we were okay with it. They told us we had to leave by August. However, the timing was not right, as we had some travel planned. We managed to get an extension until November, sorted out our move and work situation, and moved to Spain at the end of November. And to add, they took 1.5 months to return our deposit. My husband had to chase them a couple of times, and the last time he told them that if the deposit wasn't returned by the 9th of Jan, he would escalate it. they didn’t even return all of it. , and guess what? The property is now available TO RENT £150 more expensive, and with all of the issues we flag and they and the landlord haven’t fixed them at all. AVOID!

An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market. The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.

25th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)We spent months viewing properties with Edward from Richard Saunders, and honestly, he was an absolute standout. My wife and I were really impressed by how knowledgeable he is about the local area, how sharply he understood exactly what we were looking for, and how thoughtfully he matched houses to our needs. He has a great eye for what works (and what doesn't), and he made the whole process feel personal and enjoyable rather than just transactional. Edward genuinely went the extra mile every time—attentive, patient, and always happy to share his honest thoughts. We couldn't have asked for a better estate agent experience; his service was easily 5-star quality. We're only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because, in the end, we didn't proceed with a purchase through the agency. That feels like the only fair way to reflect our final outcome—but it certainly wasn't due to any shortcoming on Edward's part. He's an incredible guy and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking in the area.

As first-time buyers, we felt completely supported and reassured by his guidance as he is highly knowledgeable, approachable, and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. We would highly recommend Checkmates to anyone on the property market.

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

They have a fantastic team with a refreshingly positive approach to everything and certainly know how to sell a property, delivering clear concise sales messages supported by top quality videos and brochures, Other team members proactively monitor and support getting the sale through to exchange, something few agents do well. Based on my own recent experience therefore I would definitely recommended Hawksman.

As a specialist in Customer Service processes I have found them fair, pro-active and professional. They have also done an excellent job in supporting sales of different properties in the Surrey area for us.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
