I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

He managed to rent our house out just before Christmas in record time, which was incredibly impressive. His efficiency throughout the entire process was outstanding, and he secured us multiple offers with excellent-quality tenants. Richard handled everything seamlessly, getting the property fully prepared for the new tenancy and completing all the paperwork so quickly and smoothly. The level of organisation and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. We had experience with several agents in the area, but the service from Churchods was by far the best. We were also extremely impressed with the value for money and the overall cost of the service. We are very grateful and truly impressed. Thank you for making the whole process so easy. His communication was great, especially when exchange became drawn out. Excellent service and even met me at the new house with the keys on completion. Barbara enabled the sale to progress quickly and smoothly by diligently liasing with all parties (including solicitors and surveyors etc). She was always helpful, professional, enthusiastic and efficient. We are grateful that she was assigned to our sale as not only did she do her job brilliantly; she was super to work with!

Extremely helpful, readily available whenever we contacted them and had expert knowledge in everything to do with our let and refurb. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend Brooks Estate Agents as all their staff are reliable, trustworthy and experienced in the local area.

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Leaders. The lack of professionalism is shocking. The property manager does not respond to emails at all, I have sent several messages to the agency and have never received a single reply. When calling to report an issue, staff are unhelpful and, on more than one occasion, have simply hung up the phone. Property inspections are handled just as poorly. Visits are announced only an hour in advance, which is completely unreasonable and shows no respect for tenants’ time or privacy. What is most frustrating is that this agency seems far more efficient at sending threatening emails referring to potential legal consequences than at actually processing payments correctly or providing basic customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding this agency. The people working here appear to have no understanding of customer care or professional standards. Avoid at all costs.

I have had properties vacant for over 6 months in the past, but his ability to never give up is a testament to achieving satisfactory results. I have had a very good experience with them over the past few years for all the services they have rendered to us. I therefore strongly recommend them.

- 3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)AVOID AT ALL COST. All they want is completion and they will push you so hard it literally can ruin your normal life. And when you get the key after the endless pushing, you will be frustrated with this - a property not accounted for at all, different from what you’ve seen, and of course, this is after completion and they will say this is not their responsibility. This’s totally scam. Avoid unless you want to have bad, pushy and disappointing experiences when you are cheerfully buying your property.
