26th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Since the last two months I have been marketing with Carringtons only three viewers view the place and nothing happened as the results and I have reduced the price twice still nothing happened . I am going to change them or add another estate agent to get involved .

16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

12th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Moore and Partners were incredibly helpful in the the entire selling process with excellent advise and a great knowledge of properties in the area. Darren was always available to speak to and the photgraphs of the house were super. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

1st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.

27th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)We had a number of agents round to value the property and Connor from Carr Williams seemed the most knowledgeable of the local area and had the most experience in the estate agency business locally. He gave us a fair valuation and we liked the firms approach to viewings and the full sales process from offer to completion. Connor has been true to his word with regular updates of viewings and regular updates of movements in the chain now that we have now agreed a sale and ongoing purchase.

30th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

14th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)The most shocking thing they did was entering my flat 3 times without a previouse arrangement or any notice. The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I had to rise a legal compliant to get my money back and I got it back! It’s a nightmare to be a tenant with them
