25th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)I arranged a viewing for a flat advertised on Rightmove, only to find that the property looked nothing like the photos or floor plan in the listing. When I called to question this, I was told the wrong images had been uploaded “by mistake.” This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. It wasted my time and gave the impression of highly unprofessional conduct. Listings should accurately represent the property — anything less borders on false advertising.
23rd Sep 2019 (6 years ago)Harry helped us sell above our expected sales expectation and kept us updated during the listings. Was a pleasure to list with them and worth the slightly higher listing commission than some other cheaper agents that may not have had the same results. Will use again.

2nd Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)We let a property for 2 years via Reve. Nothing but positive things to say about it Sheng who was our main contact. Checkout was smooth and 2 years following leaving the property he reached out to us to arrange a refund for a hot water overpayment we had made but were completely unaware of. Trustworthy and helpful.

31st Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)I have been a client of Bonsors for some years now for both valuation rent assessment and sales. Almalgamation with SHW has not currently changed that. Tom Batey was this time guiding us through the often painfull and stressfull process of selling. He was excellent and as usuall it was not a staightforward event mainly due to incompetent legal representation. Nevertheless we made it eventually I think due to Mr Bateys own professional experience and advice to both sides involved. Thank you

They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. They gave us fantastic guidance at every step of the process from getting our house ready to market through to accepting an offer. Victoria has been very flexible with viewings that fit in around us and has been excellent at keeping us up to date at every stage, including immediate feedback straight after viewings. They are passionate about New Malden and I believe offer potential buyers a great service too thorough their knowledge of all this area has to offer.
